The fresh air, the warm wind, the location, surroundings, the pool/sauna.

In the 4 days of our stay they did not come to change towels, take the garbage nor make the bed. Very peculiar as the price per night was not low. Do not go to the beakfast hall after 10.00 o'clock as they begin cleaning up, and some times it was so noisy that it resembeled the sound of crashing the dishes on the wall...very strange, as there was a most pleasant guitar musuc in the background(?)

Hotel is in beautiful place within a forest. Turku is near if you want some sightseeing. Otherwise archipelago and some national parks are also nearby. Room was nothing fancy but clean and not ran-down. Nice view from window. Breakfast is good, the staff tried their best to keep up with the lot of people. I suggest going early :) Spa is pretty good, nothing fancy again, but it has everything to have a great time. You can also jump to in the sea.

No free parking spots.

Plenty of food in buffet food

Buffet breakfast even at 7.00am when doors opened food luke warm, no freshly squeezed juice but concentrate, cold pancakes. Went to try evening buffet blue bottle fly on beef! Went a la carte instead. Pipe under bathrsink leaked on last night huge puddle, no bath stuff to clean bath but you have to request that room is cleaned. Towel rack to high for me no proper case table and could not get bedside lamps to work.

Beautiful location. The rooms were really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. We actually loved it so much we booked an extra night. You feel like you’re in the middle of nature. The Spa has two swimming pools (with some toys for children) and one big warm whirlpool, with separate saunas. It was clean and well maintenanced. You can also swim in the bay. Breakfast was nice and dinner a la carte is also good. Not to expensive

The private parking space is payed 24 hours a day.

Beautifully situated on the seashore, only a 12 minute drive from Turku. The room was fine with enough space for luggage and nice armchairs to sit in. Our room had seaview and everything was clean and tidy. The spa was very fine, as was the restaurant. Lots of parkingspace outside and a busstop right in front of the entrance.Very friendly and helpfull staff. When we said we would be leaving too early to enjoy breakfast because of the ferry we had to catch, they immediately suggested to make breakfast available for us in the fridge behind the counter when checking out. So we enjoyed a fine breakfast in the car at the ferryterminal in Turku.

Perhaps one suggestion: sunshades for the windows of the rooms, because with the sun shining in, the room gets quit warm.

Amazing staff, lovely location, vegan friendly, outside seating area by the water & facilities are good. Hydrobics videos to follow in the pool.

The air conditioning was a bit old & humming at times. The curtains that were about 70% blackout/dark enough. The room was hot in the summer months. These 3 are all average for the area & standard for most hotels in honesty but prevent me putting 100% rating. The spa was on the smaller side compared to many in Finland, but was fine for us.

Price - quality ratio is very good for Finland. The nature around is fantastic. There was no crowd in the Spa. The stuff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, although there were a lot of people at the same time.

If there is some renovation but without big price increase it would be great. And all in all this hotel was a great choice for us.

Spacious room with a balcony and an elevator close by took us directly to the SPA area. The SPA area was very clean and it had a panorama view of the forest and sea. There was a possibility to go swimming in the sea as well. There was live music in the lobby area, which brought a nice twist to our evening. The dining area where we had breakfast also had a very nice view to the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Although not the most modern of buildings, the staff and facilities more than make up for it. Amazing spa with access straight into the Baltic Sea for a little bit of wild swimming. The staff were all really friendly and happy. They all went out of their way to make our stay really special and couldn’t have been more helpful with everything from the local bus times to hiring the e-bikes. We felt very well looked after.

Really kind stuff. Easy access to the Spa and restaurant. Beautifull view to the archipelago. Good breakfast.

The extra bed booked online was not in the room. The stuff reacted quickly after we informed about it and we got the bed in the room in no time.
