Unbeatable location at the center. It's a brand new building and tastefully designed and furnished. Absolutely wonderful breakfast. The atmosphere in the dining room are very good, except for some blinding spotlights. Please be inspired by Alvar Aalto! Roof top is great - but for aperitif drinks you really should sell (or offer) snacks. Olives, pretzels or pop corn would make me stay.

Not enough staff in the reception desk. We often had to wait. When available, they were super kind but not so knowledgable on about the city, nearby restaurants or sites that are open on Monday (a big problem in this city!). The sauna times are ridiculously short. Few tourists can be at the hotel exactly for the 90 minutes it's open, right on dinner time. Indoor sound proofing is not great. There was music noise from neighbor room and a mechanical hum in my room heard esp. when placing your head on the pillow.

A comfortable room with enough hanging space. Nice bathroom and a good shower. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. Make your own waffles was an imaginative addition . The roof top bar was brilliant - half undercover if raining and ample outside space if nice weather. Good cocktails at a fair price and a reasonable choice of wine by the glass. Great location with lots of parking .

The 'view' was of a flat roof and a brick wall , quite depressing. we know from our return stay that there are rooms with much better views of the market square, endlessly interesting. Pay for a room with that view . Room was rather short of drawer space. I would prefer a useful bedside cabinet with drawers rather than a table - which looks nice but you can't put anything [make-up etc ] in it. Long queues to check in at reception.

The room was nicely done and rather spacious. Breakfast was large for non-restricted. Rooms had nice design. Staff was very friendly. Additional requests were met swiftly and with great attitude.

Breakfast was ok, but selection for gluten free was very limited. People took foods containing gluten with the tools reserved for gluten free, contaminating the food on offer. Hard to find seating. Poorly staffed restaurant for that amount of clients, so no staff available to assist. The elevators buzz could be heard in the room.

A very comfortable hotel, big but so well-designed and managed that you don’t feel it. Spacious room and bathroom, good lighting, comfy bed, fab breakfast, faultless wifi, nice staff. The fastest elevators I’ve seen, which does make a difference. Free bike rental was a big perk!

Still 10/10 (bonus points for the bikes) but a 4* hotell should offfer more amenities than just shampoo and soap. Hair conditioner and body lotion are a standard.. (Would have loved a proper coffee machine in the room, too).

The brekfast was a good buffet. The hotel was nice and we enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar. The dinner in the restaurant was nice. Unfortunately there was a smaller menu due to staff illness. However all was good.The room was nice with a view over the market place. good location for us with ashort walk to the bus station for our bus to Helsinki.

The hotel looked new and modern. I loved the rooftop bar with nice staff members and beautiful views to many sights of the city. Location was great.

Overcrowded breakfast place, with some ingredients missing at times (e.g., one day no eggs at all, another - no tomatos). Similarly, they seemed to have shortage of personnel at the restaurant in the evening. It took too much time to be seated and served.

Really nice hotel with perfect centre location. Breakfast was just amazing, would stay there again just for that and I’m not a breakfast person. Gym was also really good, has everything you need. Rooms were also beautiful with large bathroom.

We had twin beds which were little tight and not so comfortable but maybe it’s different with large size bed.

Comfortable bed in a spacious room - the bathroom and shower was fantastic. Reception staff super friendly. Great selection for breakfast but hot food was really only warm - perhaps better to go early.

Room not spotless unfortunately, a nasty coffee spatter (we hope!) on bedroom wall. Horrible smell in the walkway from car park to hotel lobby.

Loved our Junior suite, thank you for the upgrade . Very well equipped and comfortable with a lovely view of the market square. Good breakfast. Easy car parking .

The walk from the car park to the hotel is quite long if you have a lot of luggage and the steps are very difficult . An offer of help with luggage would have been nice.
