One of the best price-value options. The hotel is really cheap but well-located with a very rich breakfast with four hot dishes, so the breakfast is rather like a lunch. The lady serving the breakfast was very kind and helpful. Spacious room with a kitchen. Nearby the Khalid Lagoon there is a beautiful promenade for walking or running. Less than 15 minutes by foot to the Sharjah bus station. I have stayed here already in 2022 and definitely, I would use this hotel again in future.

The equipment in the kitchen should be renovated but I boil there just water. Also, the bathroom should be bit renovated.

Honestly don't know what to write, your hotel staff is so helpful beyond words, and behavior really impresses me, that's your (mayaz) boy doing really well..I was surprised to see that for just three minutes I was talking on the phone with my friend, within three minutes Mayaj boy was making the bed ready. Honestly, it surprises me, so much experience, Mashallah! But I promise, if I come to Dubai again, I will book your hotel, it is truly unforgettable. I have been to many hotels in many places, in my eyes your hotel is the best, and the staff mayaz are the best

Love the location as many eats and treats around, malls 4 shopping in close proximaty and public transport near by excluding the metro.

Surrounds bit noisy at night, shouting , cat sounding karaoke sing songs but nothing a bucket of water cannot solve.

One aspect of my stay at Al Maha Regency Hotel Suites in Sharjah that I found less than ideal was the condition of the rooms. I noticed that some elements of the accommodations appeared a bit dated. However, the room was generally clean and well-maintained.

Room was good and a desk and TV provided were useful for my work while on the move. Had a fridge in the room. Staff was VERY helpful and the room cleaning person made every effort to make I had everything I needed. Front desk was helpful and allowed me to check out a little late and keep my stuff at the front desk till I was ready to leave. Security was always on hand to hail a taxi when required etc.

TV channels were analog and not tuned. Once I tuned it there was a full set but I found this out late in my stay. No microwave oven.

it's not soundproof. noise from outside is too much annoying and disturbing, smell in wash room was not good.

The room I stayed this time was much comfortable than the first time I booked. The staff in restaurant are so accommodating and kind. Unlike in reception some of them are rude.

Cleanliness the bed sheets and pillows looks used by other guest before us 😅 Lastly the only thing my concerns about the payment method in booking.com even I choose to pay at this property when check-in they’re still the one who charge to your credit card automatically. I felt my card details wasn’t secure to this property.

We liked the size of the room, the very large desk, bed and pillows, and the counter space which housed a mini refrigerator, kettle, and shelving. The bathroom was not fancy but the shower was nice with good water pressure and temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the big guy with a mustache and a lady called Mari. We also liked looking at the big book of the city that was placed on the desk. Overall the location was very good (see negative below) and close to a very nice large park, shopping centers, restaurants and the Bus Terminal to go to Abu Dhabi. The two large purple stripes from top to bottom on each side of the hotel made it easy to locate it.

The hotel was located across the street from a Mosque that “Called to Prayer” at least 6 times a day. That would not have been such a problem but many times the “Call to Prayer” was several minutes long in duration which affected our sleep. We also received an adjoining room because of the need for a walk-in shower. This posed a noise problem for us from the adjoining room where we could often hear a child crying loudly. From the pictures we expected more variety for breakfast and the eggs were not kept warm but overall the food was tasty,

Very good staff, very good service. It was a real pleasure to spend weeks there. Your worker Tara is very caring and smily. She is the best worker I have never seen in an hotel. You have some hotels all the equipments are brand new but the staff is cold. Here, the staff is so friendly and at your disposal that you don't even care if it is not that modern. It makes the job. Hamdulilah. . Ah last thing, we can hear the adhaan and the prayers from the room and the recitation is so amazing. It remembered me Makkah and Medina 👌🏻😁
