Having stayed at the same hotel some years back, it was lovely to see that the atmosphere and the ambience of the hotel had not changed and that the staff were still as helpful and friendly, as well. We had a minor problem after our arrival, which the team sorted out very quickly and as we were about to check out, our return flight to the UK was cancelled and they quickly arranged for us to stay in the same room for an extra night. The team were very helpful in sorting this out. A special mention to Cande', Scott and Matthew, as they definitely made our stay much more enjoyable.

There wasn't anything we didn't like and would definitely stay again the next time we are in LA.

This was the PERFECT escape from the chaos created by the aviation shut down. We left the rat race of LAX and 15 minutes later we were a million miles away. Marco was great at the front desk with a prompt greeting and a promise to get us in our room asap ( 4 hours before check in time). We went to lunch, walking distance away and before we finished our room was ready. The room was immaculate and the bed very comfy. Wine and cheese was served from 4-6 pm and we sat out in the deck overlooking a serene marsh watching the birds fly by. The location was perfect, walking distance to the ocean and several restaurants and bars. I couldn’t recommend it more.

There was nothing not to like.

This adorable b and b overlooks a nature preserve wetland. Every attempt is made to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They offer a good variety of healthy and often homemade breakfast items that were absolutely delicious. The wine and cheese hour was fantastic as well, with a large variety of charcuterie available- all included in the price of the stay. My husband is gluten free and the manager very thoughtfully included gluten free items in the evening and the morning. The place itself is very tastefully decorated and I honestly can't recommend this hotel enough.

The only thing I can think of is that my room did not have. refrigerator in it, which we could have used for the beer we bought. But it did have a jacuzzi tub...so what's really to complain about?

Great location. Short taxi ride from LAX only $20. Restaurants close by, or walk on beach concrete walks to Marina Del Rey. Cute Cape Cod style building sitting on wetlands with views. Comfortable bed, free wine hour and continental breakfast with eggs. Very Quaint. Covered parking if needed.

Room was on the street side and very noisy at rush hour especially. We did get early checkin so I didn't ask to be moved. I have stayed there many times and it's relatively quiet on the water side.

Lovely staff, absolutely everyone made me feel at home. The bed linens were nice quality. The wine and cheese hour is such a nice gesture. The living room /deck area is gorgeous and has a wonderful view. Large rooms.

The finishes ara a bit tired, some paint and maybe some new fabrics /upholstery will go a long way. No espresso. Even a basic nespresso machine would have been great. The cleaning isn't as good as it could be.

The Inn was charming. I did think the reception desk could be spruced up a bit. Confusing and busy. Loved the decor and I am a decorator. The setup for the breakfast and happy hour was great as was the food. The people working there were very helpful and friendly. We did not get maid service. We chose to straighten our room for the two nights. Easy.

Personally the town was a little too casual but that's me and the surrounding area of the Inn was lovely.

We just didnt know anything about the area and were pleasantly surprised. It was conveniently close to the airport. Clearly, the choice of restaurants etc. is limited, but it was easy to get around, and we especially enjoyed the easy access down to the beach and the bicycle path. The property itself was very nice and clean, kind of quaint, the staff were friendly and helpful. We will come back. And free covered parking!

A very nice location, close to a wildlife refuge. Awesome views and rather quite (quiet enough for LA, at least) as for a place located so close to LAX. Ca. 15min drive to car rentals with plenty of gas stations underway. A very nice, big room. Nice common areas, overlooking the green areas. Free parking. We checked in very late but that was still OK. We stayed only 1 night but if I knew of this place earlier we would have stayed longer.

The night manager on duty that night tried to photocopy our IDs and argued this is normal practice. It isn't. A gluten-free alternative to a very simple breakfast was a piece of melon.

Lovely bed and breakfast in a great location. Very easy to get to and from the airport. Loved the wine and cheese in the afternoon and especially appreciated Matthew at check-in letting us enjoy it when we turned up after it was already finished and his friendly attitude. Great breakfast and loved that they looked after our bags after check out until we left for the airport. Hope to come back again for longer next time.

The place was much nicer then the pictures. Probably one of the cutest and best lodgings I’we had in U.S! (I’ve veen here many times) And it was quite, no extra noises. Free parking in a garage. The complimentary cheese and wine was a really nice suprise and the brakfast was faboulus. It was not too big but it had everything, and really fresh. Less is more. Oh, and I’ts like 4min walk from the beach. I’ll defenitly be back
