The room was a great size for me and my husband. Bed was comfy, big and there was plenty of room for us and our three large suitcases. The location is perfection for downtown LA, especially for us since we enjoyed some shopping and we went to a Lakers game at crypto.com stadium. Breakfast is meh but will do if you don't want to go out for food.

Three main things, first the room seems to need a little love in terms of maintenance. The sliding door to the bathroom keep coming off the runner so it got stuck some times and we needed to realign it. The second one is that you could hear everything from outside. I'm not sure if this is normal when you stay in downtown LA though so it might not necessarily be the hotel's fault. I recommend brining ear plugs with you. Third is that the pillows are hard. I like support for my neck when I sleep but it was too hard for me. Maybe could've had some hard and some soft so you can choose.

This is our third time staying in O Hotel and location was awesome, very close to 7th St Station which connects to 4 other lines that can pretty much get you to many tourists attractions. It is also just 10mins walk to Peacock Theater (came here for a concert) and Crypto Stadium (for NBA games). Staff was helpful and smiley. Free breakfast was great.

The hotels & rooms were a little run-down, would be great if they can do some touch-up.

Great downtown location near train lines and major tourist areas! Free breakfast fueled us at the start of the day and staff were lovely and helpful. Price was great for what we got in the area.

Could be a little loud at times outside and there were a lot of homeless in the area which is to be expected in a busy city like LA.

Fantastic place to stay when in downtown LA. Location is fantastic, very close to metro and bus services. Lots of restaurant options around, as well as a supermarket that's open till 2am down the road. Service and staff are very friendly! Rooms very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Location is good. Easy shopping & food.

The containers of shampoo, conditioner & body wash are difficult to use. I had to push many many times to get enough as it came out little to none every time. The shower head had problem too. It could not fix at a place properly & I had to hold the head while shower.

I liked the room it was really tidy and the bathroom was clean and had everything you would need including tissues and a lot of towels, it was just what I needed for the week I was staying, free coffee and water in the room is great to have and you have a safe to keep valuables stored at no extra cost. The cleaning staff was super kind and helpful as well as the frontdesk staff, they stored my bags in a very safe way so nobody else could pick up my bags while I was out on my last day and they were always super friendly. The shared facilities such as the lobby, restaurant and dinning place are very beutiful and nicely kept, the decorations are very pretty and everything looks tidy!

The room had a little bit if a smell when I got there but that went away after opening the window and starting the AC for a while. The breakfast was a little underwhelming lol you could see people faces getting a little sad when the saw it, maybe some hams&cheese would really help to make it better, there is nothing hot for breakfast other than toast/bagels so I think some warm fresh food would really help. One bad thing for me as a solo traveler was the location but this is not the Hotel's fault. I didn't feel safe walking around alone (I identify as woman) and everyone said to not walk at nigth in the area. Just to keep in mind in case this is your first time here, maybe in a group it isn't as bad, if you don't mind using Uber or Lyft then it shouldn't be a problem.

Loved my stay here! From the moment Max greeted me at the front desk, I felt welcome and comfortable. The service was wonderful, my room was comfy, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The location is convenient to the Metro and is walkable to shops and museums in DTLA. I had plenty of space for my bags (and The Great Repacking after a long trip.) The breakfast area was moody (thanks for not blasting my eyeballs with fluorescent lighting first thing) and the selection was way better than expected (nothing fancy, but fresh bagels, fruit, boiled eggs, cereal, and not those pastries that would survive a nuclear winter) Would stay again—staff 10/10. Super easy to check in and check out! Great and friendly staff. Environment overall was nice; you can tell the hotel is under some renovation in the lobby. Room was very clean, restroom in the room was stocked nicely with essentials. TV worked and I was able to watch a couple of shows from it. Also, the hotel is at a great location where you can walk to get coffee/meals nearby.

The room was a little stuffy when first entering, hallways aren't as welcoming but it's fine. Only major inconvenience was the no parking and having to park at the structure next to the hotel. It was alright, just wasn't sure how safe it was to leave my car overnight.

Walking distance to the Orpheum Theater...our main reason for overnite stay. Very comfortable bed. Hot water for shower is immediate even on higher floors. Room on smaller size for a king bed. Extra safety precautions in place (Need room key to activate elevator to your floor and also to open outer hotel doors if returning in late hours.) Decent continental breakfast.

Although on 4th floor (Rm 401), with street-side windows...the late Friday night traffic noise is a detracrion for light sleepers. It made for an automatic wake-up alarm as well. I always request quieter room if/when available. They are not always available. As my search for an ice-making machine was in vain, I asked about it at check-out. Was told the ice was available at front desk only. It would have been nice if hotel would have posted that detail somewhere in plain view. (Perhaps on the inside door?) I had to plug in the mini-fridge upon arrival
