The breakfast buffet was impressive. I especially liked the scrambled eggs with chiles and the Chilaquiles was Yum. Room was clean and quiet, and bed was comfy. The housekeeping system is a little confusing. I thought cleaning would begin on third day so did not leave the housekeeper a tip on my first day. And then, no one took the tip on 3rd day. Very confusing.

Lack of a cordial welcome. Front desk seems a little indifferent.

literally everything was fantastic and if your a guest who like old fashions (alcoholic beverage ) the bartender made you ne of the best old fashions I’ve ever had and was a great experience.

the beds could use a lot of work. they are springy mattresses but as I’ve told multiple employees if you don’t want to spend the money on expensive stuff maybe just get a memory foam topper so the beds are more comfortable and this place would be 6 star perfect. besides the bed this place is the way to go! thanks for a great experience!

* Shower head was removable * There was a fridge in the room * There was a microwave in the room * Room was spacious with lots of natural light

* Walls and doors completely not sound proof, you could hear anyone talking in the corridor (but this is nothing unusual for hotels in US) * No way to prevent some towels from getting replaced during cleaning * Two times after room cleaning we were left without things like soap or body wash (from the ones provided by the hotel) even though there were a few non empty ones left before cleaning. Easily fixable at the desk, but annoying nonetheless.

Almost all of the staff were very friendly and helpful - especially the person who was managing the dining area when we were there. Location was very convenient. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

There was one person at the front who was not very helpful. When i asked if someone had turned in something i had lost, she did not bother to even check. My room was not swept. Had to ask someone to come and sweep the dirt in my room.

I really liked the hotel room it was spacious and clean. The check in was easy and fast. There was plenty of parking and they had a small pool and gym that's open 24hr. The lobby was also nice and spacious. The prices was great when we booked the rooms.

The ac in the rooms are noisy. I didn't like the sliding bathroom door. Since the floor was vinyl we could hear the foot steps from people above. The freeway noise can also be heard if you're facing the freeway. Coffee in the room was kind of weak and they didn't have free coffee unless you buy the breakfast.

that most of the food places and shopping was all within 5/10 minutes from the hotel.

there’s absolutely nothing that I didn’t like about this property. the property is beautiful and it’s tucked away from the main toad. And the hotel is nestled amongst a lot of tall trees which give you the feeling of being in the mountains. Each time my husband and I had stayed there it has predominately been nothing but adults staying the hotel. This hotel is also very couples friendly. My husband and I will make this place our twice a month getaway.

Variable cost based on demand should not be the burden of the customer. Breakfast is also not worth the cost 19 for processed frozen sausage links and scrambled eggs...lol, its comparable to a continental breakfast at a lower end hotel. Maybe look at some of the quality of food being served to guest.

Price increased over time Monday($150) VS wed ($425) thats just not cool and should be disclosed up front.

The location was excellent; near the ball field where we were playing, the staff was so nice and helpful, the hotel was really clean and the location overall is very quiet (away from traffic).

The beds were very hard for us, but otherwise there were no negatives.

Nice size rooms, reasonable mattress and bathrooms. Liked the skin and hair products and appreciate the large containers in the shower.

Location was excellent for traveling to Levi Stadium. Beautiful hotel, landscaping was great as well.

The bed was a little hard . But linens and pillows were fine.
