Lovely staff, this was in my opinion the big winner but definitely Wyndham is making a big difference ie breakfast & the area was very good/modern 👍

Probably needs some updating ie lift, beds a bit on the small side but there was 3 big adults plus wife so…!

Incredibly close to Orlando International Airport (MCO), this hotel offered a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport that was quick and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Main elevators by check-in are not operational, therefore guests have to walk to the only other set of elevators in the rear of the hotel or take the stairs. The elevators that were operational were in serious need of renovations as they smell bad and appear to be in severe disrepair. The hotel itself would benefit from new carpet installation as the current carpet is covered in stains and the hallways could use a fresh coat of paint.

The breakfast was adequate for the type of stay and price point. The room itself was clean and fairly up to date. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel is in need of updating in common areas. It is beginning to look worn and tired with visible minor physical damage to the building and staining on carpet throughout. Housekeeping needs to be a bit more diligent. The carpet was a bit dirty, dust had accumulated on the cabinet holding the television and I found a hair under the pillow on my bed. You could tell the linens were fresh, perhaps cleaning staff could wear their hair back.

good location, lot of employee, useful personnel, clean.includes breakfast. it’s true all days is same offer breakfast but it is, you choose what to eat.

principal elevator not worked while i’m there, used service elevator. air extractor on bathroom does not work. and the bread toast should be replaced. all other is perfect. maybe a change of the hot menu time to time would be desirable . overall always there is a opportunity to be best but compare to others place i stayed this was great

Location to airport. Transport shuttle to motel though I had to wait for the third pickup round to get on the shuttle as there is only one. The wait was an hours time due to the amount people waiting. Thus check in area was crowded but was managed in a timely fashion by staff.

Elevators interior needs a makeover. They reminded me of a freight elevator in office buildings, very beat up, sterile and non attractive. My room was awesome in comfort and expectation but the bathroom itself was worn and showing signs of high use.

I had 2 reservations back to back. The first room I stayed in was nice, clean & beds were comfy. The second room you could tell was used more. However the overall experience was nice and I would book again. I would also like to note that most hotels in places around water do not smell all that great but LaQuinta sleeps amazing !

I did not like the fact that the bathrooms do not have exhaust fans.

Very close to the airport, shuttle was ok, the room was nice, quiet. Breakfast was good.

Shuttle staff was quite rude, there is no info available about how to get it or where, after asking at he airport, we found the spot, the van was there but the driver hesitated to let us in, asked about 4 times if we had a reservation and if we called the hotel before...

Location and the staff!!!! The staff is awesome, close to restaurants and that’s added plus!!!! Check in and out was a breeze. Took shuttle and everything was smooth and on time.

Breakfast was only ok nothing really great. To small of a section for the number of people eating. Eggs were just ok. Although good variety of bread and plenty of condiments. More staff would have probably made it better. When they brought out food so many were waiting that there wasn’t enough to go around.

Very accessible, good pool and spa. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Also, they were accommodating for the sleeping configurations we asked for regarding our group! Breakfast was really nice as well and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Wasn't the cleanest place and checking in after hours took a bit of time due to limited staffing but all in all was a good spot.

The location was very convenient to get to and a quick drive to the airport. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff took pride in that. Paul was very friendly and inviting when we checked in. He made sure we knew about breakfast. The breakfast had a wonderful variety. The lady who attended to the breakfast kept cleaning up and refilling items. She took a lot of pride in her work. As for our room, it was very spacious and cozy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom in the lobby area was without soap. It was busy at the front desk during that time. Also, we had a pull out couch but no sheets or blanket for it. We had to go to the front desk to ask for it. The gentleman who got it for us was very quick and friendly.
