The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. The airport shuttle option was practical and the breakfast had a lot of good choices which I really enjoyed.

We ate dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and were served in all single-use plastic. I think the Hyatt could do better in terms of sustainability. We had a little trouble calling for the airport shuttle ; maybe it was because of our international phone numbers (although we called plenty of other places and people in the US with ease). Just a note for non-US travelers.

The location was great we were able to walk to dinner. The airport transportation was quick and efficient. We only had to wait about 5 minutes at the airport before we were picked up. The breakfast filled is up before we headed back to the airport. This place was great for us. We had a 24 hour layover so was a great place to get out walk around and get some need rest.

I don’t have any complaints however it was only a place for us to rest and stretch our legs on a 24 hour layover.

Location was great, very convenient with shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was great as well. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were great, especially Sonia on the front desk. There was some construction going on, but it didn't interfere with our stay at all

The only thing I would give points off for is, the bathroom is very small and the door, opening into the small space, made it harder to step in. A pocket door would have worked better, but that's a design thing and nothing to do with the wonderful people we met there.

This was the nicest, inexpensive hotel I've stayed at in a long time. My mom and I wanted to be close to the airport for an early flight, and I found this to be a great price and location. We ended up just getting some pub food in the bar/restaurant area where Joseph and Sara treated us with exceptional service. Our double queen room was spacious, and seemed newly renovated and had a nice sitting area with kitchenette. Very very clean.

it was in a perfect location, with restaurants and universal studios near by.

everything was great, one tip tho. you had a staff member (her name is Sonia ) who was rude to some of the customers. she was throwing the cutlery and plates from one container to another. she was pulling faces and just rude. that’s not a good look. teach her some proper manners in hospitality.

Nice and clean. Well lit and laid out. No “smell” common to most hotels.

Took our small dog, a Pomeranian, with us. He refused to walk on the floor in the room, stayed on the bed. A surprise fee of $75 was added on for a pet cleaning fee, even though they claimed to be pet friendly. This is NOT disclosed anywhere so watch out.

The staff at reception (Jay and John) were super helpful, and made check-in a breeze. We liked their service so much, that I subscribed to Hyatt points! My sister and niece, and my family and I only stayed a couple of hours before our evening flights, but my mom and aunt spent the night. :-) Everything was perfect. Also liked that there were nearby restaurants and the Airport Lakes Park. The airport shuttles every 30 minutes were seamless and always on-time.

I didn't like that we had to leave Orlando so soon!

Clean, well appointed room with a very comfortable mattress. I have stayed at this hotel brand before and it was great as well. Value for money is good. We only stayed one night to get to the airport early.

Airplane noise was very annoying, BUT this is because of the location, not a fault of the hotel. We had to get up very early for a 8:10AM flight and tried to go to sleep earlier, but the noise was an issue. I am a light sleeper.

The staff was really great, at first we had some issues with my reservation but it was fixed quite quickly by the team. Regards to all the staff for being so nice and friendly but specially Sebastian and his managers.

Breakfast was great, having both hot and cold options was really helpful. I didn’t expect such a wide selection since it isn’t specifically stated on any website what the food could potentially be. Hot options were French toast, potatoes/hash browns, breakfast sausages, and warm tortillas if you wanted to make your own breakfast burrito with cheese/salsa. The next morning was slightly different with scrambled eggs, both days had hard boiled eggs available, toast and a toaster, a microwave if needed in the lobby, and it was nice to have tables to sit at if you didn’t want to bring it up to your room. There was hot oatmeal and cold cereal, yogurt/fruit, and tea/coffee available during the breakfast times which was 6am-9:30am. It was a great overall spread for breakfast from a hotel that includes it in the price.
