This place is great. Perfect spot for what I needed after the hell hotel I stayed at last night. The room was so clean ( I work doing rental turnover cleanings) and was very impressed. The staff were great. Nice, friendly and happy to help me with my questions. Special thank you to the night time girl who let me vent about a issue that happened to my bf at hell hotel. He was bitten by a spider and in a lot of pain. She helped me gather a few supplies we needed. I love that they have vending machines on each floor and offer washers and dryers for guests. I liked seeing families taking advantage of the pool table and games they have in the lobby. I'm also expressed they have a little food area and have breakfast for guests.

That I didn't find this place for my last minute booking at hell hotel ( it really was that bad) yesterday and found this.

The Hotel had a great location, near different stores, outlets, and to the parks. Good breakfast. And the staff was really helpfull and nice.

The room had a particular smell when we arrived, but was otherwise clean. When we asked for room cleaning, they didnt change the sheets or at least make the bed, that was disapponting. The gym has little equipment and the pool is visible from the parking lot.

The stuff is very nice and helpful, even when we complain about the low shower pressure, they fixed it on the same day + every thing we asked for we got with a smile. The AC was very good The facilities was good, laundry, vending machines, play room, gym, computers. The hotel located in a good location, near all the theme parks around, we had to take Lyft so consider it or rent a car, but the prices are ok. In addition, the hotel provides free shuttles to theme park such as: Magic Kindom,Universal,Epcot,Sea World etc.

The beds and pillows not so comfortable, I'd rate it 7/10 The tap on the sink was very small and it was hard to wash hands. The breakfast is the same all day, it'll be nice If they will add some fresh vegetables, fresh omletes and fresh different cheese, but in the end the BF was fine and satisfies his needs.

The staff at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Location was perfect, center to a lot of things.

Bathroom had some ants and dining area was a bit cramped for offering free breakfast...maybe expand a little in that area. . But that was all. Everything else was great

The property has many qualities, the location is perfect if you are planning on going to the different attractions. Is very close to Sea World and Aquatica. For the value it’s perfect. Also you have Vineland outlets at walking distance. There is a shuttle that takes you to key parts in the area. So take that into consideration if you are planning to take Uber. You can save some money on that part.

There is little or nothing bad to say about the stay. The day of check in, there was a problem with the payment. It didn’t register at the hotel although I made the payment with 2 months advance. The only way that I managed to resolve the situation was by calling Booking. It was pretty late and we just flew in so it was kind of a struggle. Other than that no more problems.

No rug between beds beds and no face tissue in the bathroom.

Excellent position in a quiet area with a supermarket and several restaurants at walking distance. We visited Magic Kingdom, Disney Hollywood Studios and Universal Studios by car (all within a 20 minutes drive). The hotel also offered a shuttle service to the parks which we didn’t use. The staff was friendly and there was a mini market area to buy snacks and drinks, as well as the bar. We appreciated the laundry service (3,50 USD for washing or drying, by card) and the simple but hearty and complete breakfast. There was the option to also buy breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks with a discount during breakfast hours if you wanted something fancier than the buffet.

Didn’t particularly appreciate polystyrene plates and cups at breakfast but it looks like they are quite common in the US.

The breakfast was good. If I can provide a small suggestion, I would say to add some more variety to thebreakfast menu. It would help the hotel stand out among competitors.

The shuttle company service included in the hotel reservation only allowed a specific stroller on board the shuttle. We came to find out when the driver told us that is their policy. It could have been an oversight on my part but I did not remember seeing that restriction prior to booking. If your family is on a budget every dollar counts.

Facilities were very clean. You can smell the freshness when you walk in. Rooms were also very clean and beds were comfy. If you are looking for a luxurious place to stay this is not for you. The rooms are very basic. But if you are travelling on a budget and are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay...Spot X is for you.

The breakfast could have some additional fruit / healthy options but other than that it was very good for a free breakfast. Other than that can't really think of anything. Everything went very smoothly with our stay.

The food selections were good. Glad there was additional room to accommodate overflow of patrons. The room was large and there were amenities like a pool and weight room and game tables for entertainment. The reception desk was able to offer assistance and answer questions when needed.

For our length of stay the food selections became monotonous. Perhaps a rotating menu of choices could be implemented. Having shelves or hooks, particularly in the bathroom would have been nice. Our 4th day wound up on the weekend which meant our room did not get a full clean until Monday, our 6th day, longer than expected.
