Day staff were so pleasant . Wish I could have caught the one girls name , she was so pleasant and so helpful. She was days on both days we stayed! Breakfast was spectacular there for choices and different the next day for the eggs . What a pleasant surprise!! Little shopping area across the street behind the gas station. We'll decorated . Nice lounging pool area. Pool was pretty cold so Noone went but being canadian from the deep freeze , I went and swam lol . We had the air shark wim excursion canceled on us in Jupiter so se enjoyed Here instead a second night before heading to swim with the manatees in Crystal River next .

Wad a bit tricky getting in there off the street but thats nothing to do with the hotel . Maybe a little more parking :)

Location very good and safe. Corner room was a bonus because it provided views from 2 sides of the room along with having a soda and king bed. Room was clean and well stocked with coffee and towels. Shower was nice and clean. Pool was outside near the banquet room and kept up very well. Breakfast was so-so. Food was rather bland and processed. However, waitstaff kept the dining area clean and were courteous. Coffee was good and hot.

The lady in the morning at the front desk is a little snippy. I told her what room I was in extending another night and she replied "I already know it's on my computer". I went down the next morning and she started doing it again, as soon as the "General Manager" came in her attitude changed. So she knows how to turn it on and off. She's the type that is always right and knows everything. I heard her talking to other guests the same way. Just that alone will leave a bad impression even if everything else is perfect.

I love the feel of the property as well as the location. The property is impeccabley clean and the staff is super helpful as well as friendly. I would highly recommend the Palm Beach Gardens Best Western if you are traveling to Palm Beach Gardens or the greater Northern Palm Beach County area.

There is nothing about my stay that I did not like.

We needed an accessible room that would accommodate 3 people The hotel had an amazing 1 bedroom king suite with a pull out couch. The staff was amazing. Shout out to Carla and Harrie at the front desk and the maintenance man Kardem .The rooms and property were very clean and the pool area was nice and relaxing.

There was not much to not like. The only thing that I would point out is the accessible suite shower does not have a hand held shower head.

This was supposed to be an older hotel that was renovated therefore I wasn't sure it would be as nice as it was. The building and lobby were very well kept and clean. As far as I could tell everything looked brand new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. We had some problems with the shower soap, conditioner, and shampoo that was on the wall inside the shower. The front desk was notified and went above and beyond to remedy the situation.

The essential items in the shower were not full and working properly, however the evening staff corrected the circumstances as well as they could. I did not care for the coffee because it was very, very strong.

The staff is amazing... Iris at the breakfast is so sweet and super helpful. It makes your day start with a good vibe. The best. Deborah at the front desk, super happy and friendly, a pleasure to deal with. She can get the things done in a minute and also make it enjoyable! We loved our stay, they accommodate every single need in this impressive heat wave ordeal. Loved to be here...

The tv was not hooked to the internet, so even if they were Netflix and Youtube ready, we couldn't use it.

Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Quiet. Clean pool area too. Bed was comfortable. The stay was almost everything I expected and could have asked for.

Wish there had been dishes and dish towels and dish cloths. A few pieces of real silverware. Keurig coffee pot and a few k-cups. I'm very serious about my coffee. Otherwise no complaints.

Apples wrapped is ideal . Hot breakfast items a good selection. Plenty of space in dining area. Bar counter for solo travelers.

Food counter poorly layout. Patrons too crowded at food counter. Weak coffee...seems to me that coffee preparation lacked "boiling point" . No complimentary bottled water in the room fridge.

Everything except attitude from a female clerk at the desk in the A.M. Breakfast was a grand slam, quiet, parking was great. Side entrances conveniently around the building.
