They were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were smaller than pictured. Specially the king room super small. My king size room wasnt ready when they had giving it to me so they were kindly to just upgrade me to a 2 queen bed which worked out for my daughter & i. This room was much more regular spacious room as any other normal hotel rooms. rooms were decent to stay and area can be deceiving but its perfectly safe. They do have alot of cliente.

I liked the location from the airport. Staff was wonderful. I had a older room not like the picture but still a great place to stay and when I return I'm booking with then again. The fridge in my room had a little slow leak and to be honest I would have scored them as perfect if it wasn't for that and what expected my room to look like than what I got. oh and I traveled solo and felt safe. They have cameras everywhere and staff walking around securing the area

just that the room I got was not like the in the photo when I booked and fridge had a slow leak. other than those two things everything was great!!

Always availability to let my father stay when he travels through. I booked the room and talked to the helpful staff that were able to assist us considering I do not live on the island. It showed tremendous "Aloha" to Micronesians despite known prejudices. Thank you for treating us as human, showing grace, kindness, and patience. My father stayed with no hassle and was able to catch his flight the early next morning, he was safe and well rested. Close your airport and affordable plus they had a small store that sold food items and toiletries among other things. Great staff!! There is a good Chinese food restaurant attached to front of the property and a nice bar just off the lobby of the hotel.

Parking was difficult if you arrived back later in the evening as people from all over eat at the Chinese restaurant and there was construction on the front street so I’m sure that’s why parking was scarce for those of us staying there. Some people were loud outside my room pretty much every night but that is at any hotel seeing as so many people have no concern for others.

Hotel great since we come for the beaches and weather. No charge for parking is a big plus!! We do not need the Waikiki hotels since coming to islands for 20 years.

Elevator was broken so we had to climb up multiple stairs. We are senior citizens. Fix elevator soon.

Great place to stay if you are coming into Honolulu late from a flight or won't be spending much time in Honolulu. Nicer but more expensive options in Honolulu/Waikiki area if you are spending much time there, but this is great for quick overnight. Nice lounge too.

Everything was fine, the facilities are a bit old but a lot of people who write bad reviews are just very picky, good place to overnight quickly by airport, the Shuttle to Airport was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and well equipped. I only stayed for 1 night between flights so the location close to the airport was very convenient and the 24h shuttle service to the airport is great. There is limited possibilities for shopping or eating in the vicinity but the restaurant at the property is good.

The wifi was not working well. I was connected but could not read my emails and accessing websites was slow and difficult. However, I didn't have that problem in my previous stay and I was too tired to complain and contact the staff to look for a solution.

Superb location to get around Oahu by car. Very convenient shuttle to the airport (takes 5 minutes, goes every half hour). Parking place is reserved for guest. The staff was super friendly and nice. The room although small was comfortable and also very clean. Fast WiFi. Supermarket on site

All was good. If anyone expects a resort, this is not one. It is a good, practical hotel with great staff. Compared to astronomical prices in Honolulu this is more reasonable

The staff were welcoming and helpful, making sure we got to the airport on time. I liked the location and the old school vibes of the place, felt like it was from a different time before the airport and industry took over. Very chill and quiet.

The outdoor walkway to rooms was a bit narrow with a large suitcase.. Just have to go slow. The toilet door isn't soundproof.

Shuttle to/from the airport was quite useful. Room was a good size for a single person: just a bed, a fridge and microwave, and a bathroom. Air conditioning made the room bearable in the tropical temperature. They'll happily supply change for the buses so you can get around the island, and the staff are quite friendly.

They require a deposit when you check in; $200 standard, but they accepted $50 from me, as I didn't have a lot of money at the point of check-in. I'm still waiting to get it back a week after checkout. The door card repeatedly lost its configuration. They kept saying to keep it away from your phone and other cards, which I did, but I had to keep going back to reception to reset it. You have to call them when you get to the airport for them to pick you up. I had to borrow a stranger's phone to do it, as I'm not from the US, and didn't have a US phone number.
