The girl at the front desk was fantastic. She was putting up Christmas decorations and was super helpful and friendly. Bonus as we were leaving the Oak Ridge Boys were checking in. Mom had a blast talking to a couple of them. The breakfast was outstanding by today's motel standards. The girl at the front desk made sure we knew she set us up with rooms across from each other just as we had requested. My mom is 86 so I wanted to be nearby. We both agreed that you have earned your 4 star rating. Well done.

The bathroom was a bit small but no big deal.

We loved it. Our room and the dining area had been very recently renovated. The breakfast was decent with a nice variety. The staff were friendly. The price was okay for the quality of our stay, but a little higher than others nearby. Our bed was very comfortable.

The only complaint was a barking dog nearby, seemingly in a nearby room. It woke me at both 1:00 AM and 1:30 AM. If it was outside, the walls to the outside permit too much noise.

As soon as I walked in the hotel smelled clean. The staff was very nice and helpful when we had a question.

Felt very rush while eating breakfast. Said they were open till 9 meanwhile didn’t have everything available up to 9 o’clock so a lot of people didn’t really get to eat a full breakfast. They started turning everything off like the waffle maker before people could even finish eating. If your gonna serve it till 9 you need to have enough food and not turn things off until everybody is finished eating. I was there on my day off from work so since I’m off I like to try to sleep in and don’t want to be up at the crack of Dawn.

The pool was a nice size and water was just right . The hot tub was just a little too hot for me but other ppl there was enjoying it . The room was a nice size and the beds were ok a little hard for me and my daughter . The hotel was very clean and smelled so good throughout it. Parking was easy to get to and the location was great close to restaurants and stores and rt down the road from the casino.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. I was in town, and my daughter had nuero surgery. I had to extend my stay, and they were helpful . I brought her there 1st night out of hospital to be able to make the trip home 1.5 hrs away. I am so very thankful from such a clean room and caring group of people who said anything I needed to let them know. Just let them know. It was my 1st stay alone, and I am elderly but never felt unsafe for one minute. Thank you, Best Western, for making this stay so great.

There was not one thing I did not like about my stay. The bed could have been a little softer and the recliner alittle taller.

Very clean hotel/room. Breakfast was very good. I didn't need to eat in a restaurant afterwards. Plenty of food and well cooked! Check in host for the evening. Christine, was very nice and professional!

A bit pricey but the hotel is near the interstate and casino, so that could be the reason it was high! But will stay there again if traveling through town

Desk clerks were friendly and the place was very clean it is also well sound proofed as I didn’t hear any noise coming from adjacent rooms

Bath tub didn’t drain right which made it fill up while showering. This was mentioned to the front desk on the second day of my stay.

The hotel was located right off the interstate so easy to get off-get on. The hotel was very clean and smelled clean, The room was clean, no smoke smell, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, they have a woman serve the food for cleanliness was which nice. She was attentive, handled the food in a sanitary manner, and a great sense of humor. Already booked my next trip through here at this hotel.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Quick check in and check out process. Breakfast had a wide variety to pick from. Will definitely be staying again when visiting Anderson

The room AC a bit difficult to navigate it was either too hot or too cold, couldn’t find a happy medium.

Best Western Plus was exactly what my family needed for our 2 nights stay. We've suffered an unexpected death in the family and needed a cozy place to stay in Anderson, In. We all felt welcomed by the friendly staff as they kept our rooms clean and fresh linens on the bed. Very quiet and cozy stay. I could only wish we were in town on better terms.

The beds are not very comfortable and breakfast is average hotel food at best. Nothing special as some reviews suggest. The food is free and my family found things they would eat so we had once less meal to worry about. Also breakfast ends at 9:00am sharp so no sleeping in if you want to eat.
