Handed a “Destination Fee” sheet which I understood was $25 for us each day. Upon receiving bill, found out we OWED $25 each day. A terrible surprise. Terribly handled! terrible view at first. they changed our room with difficulty. appreciated.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It's quiet, yet only 5-10 minuttes away from Manhattan with the subway. Nearest station is a 3 minuttes walk away. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful when we asked for ekstra comforters etc. The room was very clean and housekeeping did a superb job, when they tidied the room everyday. There is a very cool and local brewhouse nearby (Circa), that i defenetely worth a visit and there are plenty of good local restaurants nearby - also at Brooklyn Bridge, which is a 10 minuttes walk away. We will definetely recommend this hotel to anybody, And there is no doubt, that we will book it again the next time we are in NYC

Location was great. Centrally located in Brooklyn. Even though it was in a busy part of town you could not tell when you were in the room. The staff was incredible. Desk staff was always helpful. the housekeeping did a wonderful job which was a treat in this day and time. the lady bartender was wonderful as we finished our day with a nightcap. Leonard in the M Club was amazing at breakfast time serving up coffee. Finally Tony at the door was entertaining as we waited for our Lyft to take us to the airport. Even though it was big and busy - you still felt like you were very important guests.

It was a very busy place but honestly service was so good it didn’t really matter.

I stayed there for around 12 nights, I really loved the room. My family and I have made some nice memories there. The staff was very nice, Special thanks to the staff at the bar they were very nice and friendly.

The only thing I did not like was the cleaning lady who was cleaning our room almost every day (except for 1 day when she said she forgot to clean it) She was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome.

very clean. I had a bad experience last year and vowed never to return. i decided to give them a price and they did not disappoint. My only complaint is staff offered to send 4 bottles of water to my room. I was extremely grateful as I was extremely dehydrated. Unfortunately the staff did not keep her promise and I fell asleep waiting. lol I’m not upset and she probably forgot but I would recommend you NEVER say you’re going to do something and not follow through. But I will visit again.

Extremely overpriced. $600 per night for a Saturday is a rip off

Very quiet and comfortable hotel, amazing lap pool. Very convenient location.

The wifi is awful. They make you pay for it if you aren’t a Marriott rewards member and it’s still terrible. I wasn’t able to work at all because the wifi was too slow. Also, there were very long lines at checkin. it seems that they don’t have enough staff (the staff was trying their best, the lines were not their fault).

The staff were helpful and very nice, the room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, I loved how strict they were with security made me feel safe. And the breakfast was delicious, will definitely be visiting again!

The room was beautiful and the bathroom was nice just was expecting more of a stand up shower and not a tub shower but it was still nice.

You can easily access a variety of things, shopping, food, transportation, etc.... The Employees at this hotel are the absolute best. If it wasn't for them, the breakfast situation would cause me to not come back.

The restaurant at the hotel catered to "platinum members" only. If I'm paying $1500 for 4 nights, one of which we didn't even sleep there, don't force me to only have access to a limited option, pre-made breakfast, AND INSULT MY FAMILY buy saying you have to be a platinum member to have easy access to a hot breakfast, when I'm traveling with a 2 year old. Add it as an extra upcharge, give people an option, don't ever make a patron feel less than.

The location was convenient to our Fashion Week venue. My son and I were pleased with the room. The staff was nice.

The one limitation was the ADA setup. My son is short statured and uses a wheelchair. There were some limitations with the shower setup.

Location of hotel is excellent, staff very helpful and professional, our stay was very comfortable and relaxed and we fully recommend Marriott hospitality.

Ice machine on our floor was always empty, however we just had to use the one one floor above or below, small hickup that did not spoil our lovely stay in NY.
