The room was in good condition and was pretty clean. I did notice a few spots that needed to be dusted, but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The service was very good overall. The location is near food and other stores and is very close to the First Mondays event parking. I paid around $100 a night - and at this price point its a great value.

Breakfast was good, but when the hotel is busy the breakfast room fills up and you may not find seating. On my second morning we weren't able to get seating and there were tons of people trying to get food so I wasn't able to get any breakfast in the short amount of time I had in the morning. Also, the Fox news channel is unnecessarily divisive and irritating in the morning. I would really appreciate it if we could watch actual news in the breakfast area - I really don't want to argue with randos while I am waking up. Coffee was kind of meh. The room included a bible, which I find to be pretty annoying myself - I am paying for a room and I don't think its appropriate to use that opportunity to force religion on me.

Basic but modernised motel style property. Was fine for a one night stay. TV was huge and beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean.

Really hard to find. Apple Maps knew where it was but couldn’t give the right instruction to get there. You need to cross a garage forecourt and go down the side to get to the hotel. It is behind Dairy Palace (as per Apple Maps) but there is no access that way. Needs better signage.

Everything was so wonderful. My family and I came and stayed for Father’s Day and a day at the water park. The room was nice, the pool was awesome and the staff were amazing. They were so kind and helpful. We had a “privacy please” magnet on the door and when we came back they still left us extra toilet paper, towels , and cups in a bag hanging on our door. We loved our stay.

The property was undergoing a complete update and the construction team was doing a Great Job.

During Breakfast, the kitchen manager was a little rude about closing things down while people were in line getting food. He could have announced his actions by inviting anyone still eating to make a final selection rather than grabbing serving trays out from in front of guests. In the line of Bartenders making a Last Call.

booked the room in advance and paid $233.00 and then on the way the room was showing $130.00 a night. very dissatisfied and probably won’t book here again due to the fact I booked in advance, wasn’t changed but when I mentioned it at check in they just ignored my comments and charged me $233. could have be complimentary adjust to posted daily rate since it wasn’t full to capacity. again won’t book here again due to the empathy of an extra $100

Breakfast was excellent! Full breakfast, hot and tasty, buffet style. Rooms were clean, in good repair and well equipped with fridge, microwave, iron and board, hair dryer, nice toiletries, paper products. Location was fabulous - within 3 mins of Flea Market. Walking (short) distance of several good restaurant options and gas/convenience stores. Free cookies in lobby :-) - friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good locks on inside of room. AC worked well. Plenty of linens, not brand new but clean and nicely presented.

The hotel is not new but in good repair, comfortable, safe and clean. My door was hard to shut so it self-locked but after a couple slams, did fine. My friends noted a couple of crickets in room but weren’t bothered by that.

This hotel put us in a good location to the event we went for. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed could use updating, but I have seen worse. We were able to sleep comfortably enough to enjoy the next days activities.

The mattress needs to be replaced, That is the only complaint I have.

I was impressed with the refreshed make over. Everything was so nice and clean. The staff were so nice, respectful, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

During my stay there wasn't anything that I didn't like about the property. I had a pleasant stay.

Honestly one of the best motels I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean spacious and reasonably priced. Beds weren’t crazy comfortable but good enough.

Honestly it’s a little hard to find if you e never been there, the hotel its self is tucked away behind a couple of gas stations and shops. Feels like you’re driving through their parking lots to get to the hotel.

A little far from good grass to potty my dog, but I think the other side of the building would have been perfect. I would stay there again.
