Location and cost. I did not know this visit included a "breakfast" but I really didn't intend to eat one anyway. Free parking was included as part of the cost. Check in/out staff was very friendly and professional. Every thing was very clean.

The heater/air-conditioner worked very well ... but only after I struggled to figure out how to quiet the fan and set the controls. There was no TV guide ... but we didn't watch much anyway. The TV worked well. The shower faucet leaked steady but quietly enough NOT TO BOTHER😀 I detected no fire/smoke alarms or sprinkler system visible in my room 251. I have never smoked and did NOT intend to start a fire so it was not critical to my stay; I was just slightly aware if anything bad would have happened.

For a very reasonable price, this "two star" Motel 6 was very clean and well appointed The fridge and microwave worked, there was no soil of any kind anywhere and the staff were very welcoming and courteous. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, enough clean towels and the bed was comfortable. I was very happy to stay here and would stay again.

My only minor suggestions would be to have a guide book in each room, as I could have used another blanket, I wasn't sure how to access all the TV options and didn't know if Wifi was available. I did notice there was not a matteess casing or cover on the bed. I could have asked about these but had meetings to get to and there were many rioms at this location so I just winged it, it wasn't a big deal.

Always willing to assist in anything we needed. Also big ups to Nathan at the front desk. He's definitely an asset to the company. If I'm in madison wisconsin this is where I'll stay, convenient for all needs (aldi, hi-vee, dollar tree, and other necessities)

There's not to much to dislike other then fridge and microwave in room is a nonfactor but they have a microwave up front for use

I liked the fact that it's close to the dollar store and by the mall and convenient restaurants I like that is walking distance I can get to the bus stop from the bus stop

One thing that I did this like and do this like is that you guys don't take cash anymore or that you guys don't take cash app cards because everyone don't have credit cards most have debit cards

The staff were incredible, attentive, helpful, and ready to assist if they were able. I was offered coffee on my way leaving when I checked out. I really needed my morning coffee and was thankful for the coffee before I left for the coffee.

That my stay was too short - this was due to travel issues.

The staff is actually very friendly Wendy and Bree have been absolutely amazing. They have been very accommodating and treat my family as well as myself very well almost like family.

The staff was exceptional I lost my and went the front desk to inquire and they were at the desk waiting for me to pick ,I was told staff had spotted them next my and not knowing if I was sleep wait to give them to upon being spotted moving the property, that is polite and professional,

Nothing but the weather.

The room was clean and comfortable. It is older and first impressions make you question but see remark about the room.

The location is a little difficult to see even whenusing GPS. Couldn't really see the sign in his tucked between a couple buildings.

Pets get to stay free which is my favorite part about this hotel!!! There was a small issue that got resolved within minutes. They switched our room before I was even done explaining the situation. They don't get into anyone's business like the last hotel we were at.

No microwave or refrigerator in the room. We're here for a few weeks so it would have been nice but there's a microwave in the lobby.

no smells, room is very clean front desk is very helpful I was so surprised with that price have a great sleep. will be back again
