I really liked how peaceful and spacious the room was; it was able to provide my family the privacy they needed while also having large communal areas for us to hang out at. The place also looked nice and luxurious. My family really enjoyed our stay there.

Location-wise it wasn't the best as the foods nearby were mostly catered towards expats/foreigners (like bars & bistro), meaning it was harder to come by local foods. Didn't opt for the breakfast option as it looked like quite a small spread compared to the amount being paid. Our master bedroom TV and all door lock set wasn't very functional and didn't work well. light switches location to the light source kind of confusing or at least have them labelled.

My stay exceeded all expectations! The apartment was very spacious, impeccably clean, and featured modern, stylish furnishings. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, ensuring a flawless experience. The pools were much larger than anticipated for a serviced apartment. Overall, this is by far the best serviced apartment I’ve experienced in Kuala Lumpur. I can’t wait to return!

No eateries around the apartment. We had to drive out to get food. However, it’s a short 4-5 mins drive to the nearest food stalls, so we’re not complaining.

The hotel has a good location, beautiful street. All attractions are nearby. There is a green area not far from the hotel. The apartments were perfectly clean, with unobtrusive daily cleaning. The apartment had absolutely everything necessary for living, they refreshed coffee, water, and even laundry detergent every day. The apartment is quiet, no noises distracted. Excellent pool area on the 5th floor. Good breakfasts, on the 48th floor with a beautiful view. I would like to separately note the work of the staff. Everyone is very professional, the service is one of the best.

No drawbacks, will definitely return again.

The apartment I booked for myself, my son and my mother were excellent. It was very spacious and had nice views of the city and partial view of the pool. We each had our own bedroom and the entire apartment was airconditioned which is a welcome relief from the heat outside. The apartment also had a separate dining, lounge and kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave as well as cooking facilities and crockery and cutlery. The location was fine, it was close to Jalan Alor where there were many eateries to experience the delights of Malaysian cuisine. However, we were only staying one night as it was a stopover before heading to another country so did not get to enjoy but have done so in past stays. There is a convenience store situated across the road for drinks and snacks.

At the time of checking in, I was asked to put a deposit down for any breakages to the room. This is fine but the time for getting that deposit back was up to a week! Which I find ridiculous as the amount taken out was substantial. I would have preferred for them to give me the option to pay that by cash so I could get my money back when I check out and not a week later!

A very nice apart-hotel. We stayed in a 2 bed-room apartment as a family of 2 adults, 2 children and a toddler. We loved the space the apartment offered. Very large rooms we'll equipped with everything. It has washer, dryer and iron press. Filtered water and a dishwasher. Daily housekeeping which is unique for an apartment this big. The location is great as it is within a walking distance to the city but away from the traffic jam and noise.

This was one of the best stays in our life. The staff is amazing. Very polite, very careful and helpful in any circumstances. Fast check-in, clean apartment with an incredible view over the city. There was no toaster and after a call in several minutes a new one was provided. Our dishwasher was malfunctioning on our third day and they changed it upon request. They even have cleaned our dishes. Amazing swimming pool, 50 m with incredible facilities like playground and gym on both the 5th and the 48th floor. Not crowded at all. Breakfast in an amazing lounge at the 48th floor with the possibility to play pool for free. Great location, KLCC Park and Petronas Twin Towers within several minutes with taxi. Incredible value for money.

Everything was perfect. One of the best stays in our life. The only suggestion is that the breakfast can improved by adding some more choices.

We love this property. we always stay here when we are in KL. Although the price is a bit high, it is worth it. If you don't like hotels like us, this is the best option in KL. Great apartment with all you are looking for. TV in living and bedroom, full fitted kitchen, washing and dryer. Great breakfast. Super service, friendly staff and a REAL Xmas tree from I believe Germany.

To be honest, we have stayed here so many times, we have nothing we didn't like and we never had complaints during previous visits.

Very spacious and clean apartment, very family oriented. ALL facilities and amenities you could think of are available. Friendly staff ready to support 24/7.

Difficult to fault this hotel - I mean you get what you pay for. Breakfast however could be upgraded considering the price. Number of WiFi users could be expanded and WiFI network could be extended to all rooms to ensure all rounded coverage.
