The room manager is a super nice person…wonderful service…the location is great..there is has a lot restaurants and stores near the hotel..if you wanna travel to Malaysia…you have to live there.☺️👍

We recently stayed at this amazing host's place and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. Zizo was incredibly available and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He wes always ready to help with a smile, making me feel truly welcomed. The room itself was perfect—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. It was exactly what I needed for a restful stay. Additionally, the location couldn't be better! It was conveniently situated, allowing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. I can't wait to come back!

The location cannot be any better. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a city trip and is exactly as shown on fotos. Everything is set for wonderful stay in the heart of an exciting city. Furthermore many tourist highlights are in walking distance. Public as well as individual transport such as taxi or preferably ,, GRAB‘‘ ( like UBER elsewhere) are a available at your fingertip The view is just breathtaking and for sure unbeatable A great team is taking care of the bar&bistro on level 37 at the poolside, which is mind bubbling . Would be hard to find a location which would come anywhere near to this place. But the the real highlight is Zizo, the owner of the apartment, who is always available, helpful, supporting and you feel like staying with a friend. Having travelled extensively around the word for business almost all my life I have never came across a person in the hospitality industry like him. Here you can really experience what is ment by ,, customer service‘‘ . Can say : we felt home from the very first moment

My stay at this hotel was very enjoyable, and I will remember it fondly. First and foremost, I’d like to highlight the incredible friendliness and helpfulness of the host – every request or question I had was met with a prompt and kind response. This made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The apartment had an excellent location, which was a major advantage. Most of the city’s key attractions were relatively close, allowing me to save time and make the most of every moment of my trip. The room was very well-equipped and comfortable. Everything I needed was readily available, which added to the overall positive experience. All in all, it was a great trip, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for convenience, a fantastic location, and a friendly atmosphere.

If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be the cleanliness of the rooms

I had the most delightful 5 nights stay over at the Ceylonz Suite & met the ever so gracious host Zizo himself who gave me a warm welcome as he does with his other guests whom ive read so highly about.It was through their recommendations that ive decided to spend my days solo travelling at this hotel.Zizo was not only friendly and super welcoming but he was very attentive towards the needs of all his guests as well as mine.He never failed to inquire about how my day and my stay was going during my time there whenever we bumped into each other..he paid careful attention to any details and made my stay really enjoyable.Thank you ever so much Zizo. The room that ive got was excellent,it was clean, cosy & had everything complete from the ironing board,microwave,a little kitchenette complete with a very clean kettle,overhead storage for cups,plates, glasses and bowls.Dining table and chairs,the view from my room was amazing,i didnt even wanna leave my room on e most rainiest days and grateful for the minimart available on the ground floor for your every needs.5 nights wasnt enough and i wish i had stayed on for longer throughout my solo trip. Zizo also does day trips if you inquire his service,he will guide you through it with ease.Thank you once again Zizo for your hospitality.I hope you like your farewell gift..Until then,hope to come back to your hotel again. I am extremely satisfied with my stay here. The apartment is located in the beautiful CEYLONZ aparment building, which is in an excellent location – you can walk to most places within 15 to 25 minutes. But the absolute highlight is the rooftop pool (included) with an incredible view of the KL Tower and a side view of the Petronas Towers – simply stunning! The host is incredibly helpful and personally welcomes guests. He was available on WhatsApp the whole time and gave me great advice on what to see in Kuala Lumpur and how to organize my trip through Malaysia. Additionally, he kindly stored my luggage while I visited Langkawi – truly outstanding customer service! Oh, and one more thing: I didn’t have to pay a deposit, which is often required in other apartments. Highly recommended! 😊

A very nice small apartment in a perfect location. The apartment is in an ideal location close to Bukit Bintang. We had an apartment on the 31st floor with a beautiful view of the city. There is an amazing infinity pool on the 37th floor, with a view of the KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. From the bar next to the pool on the 37th floor, you can see Merdeka Tower. The apartment itself is decorated in a minimalist style, but in a positive way. There is a TV, a Wi-Fi router (which works well). The air conditioning works very well, and there’s also a ceiling fan. The kitchen has all the necessary accessories. There's a washing machine and dryer, which makes life much easier in the hot Kuala Lumpur. The bathroom has a rain shower. The owner is very kind and highly engaged. He stays in touch all the time and provides a lot of valuable advice. He also organizes local tours. If I return to Kuala Lumpur, I will definitely stay here.

Minor drawbacks: There is no bedside lamp. To turn off the main lights while lying in bed, you unfortunately have to get up and go to the light switches. I think it would be worth investing in some lighting next to the beds. I’m a bit of a cleanliness freak, so I feel that the apartment’s cleanliness could have been better especially in bathroom But ! I’m cleanliness freak 😎

We loved our stay at Ceylonz! Zizo was a wonderful host who catered to our every need. You could really feel that this hotel is his passion project. If you are looking for a nice hotel with great staff, a beautiful location and a spectacular pool with a view this is it. It stood out against all of the other grey skyscrapers with its urban feel and loads of greenery. We had the best time and will be back.

The hotel is fairly big and was fully booked when we were there. The elevators had a hard time keeping up so we had to wait quite a long time (20min) for them to stop at our floor. But apart from that it was really really really nice.

The property is very clean and the staffs are very helpful. The view of KL city from the pool and the sky garden is breathtaking. The mini supermarket at the ground floor is definitely a plus point. The apartment is also at a walking distance to places like Pavillion mall and street food markets. Special mention to Zizo, the host ensured that everything went on smoothly. He is really helpful and kind and attended to all queries that I had. I found a friend in him in a foreign country. Though my stay was only for one night, there’s nowhere else I’d rather go than Ceylonz Suite by ANA MALAYSIA for my next trip to Malaysia and will definitely recommend Ceylonz Suite by ANA MALAYSIA for anyone who is planning to stay in KL.

Given that the property has 39 floors,the waiting time for the lift can take some minutes.

I particularly appreciated the welcome from Zizo, an exceptional person. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, he made me feel at home. He clearly explained the various instructions to my brother and me. Additionally, my room had a superb view and the pool was in excellent condition. Honestly, nothing to complain about. The experience was so enjoyable that it's almost astonishing to think I could have chosen another hotel. The service was impeccable, and the quality of the facilities was astonishing, exceeding all my expectations. I give it a 5/5 and highly recommend this hotel. You won't regret this choice.
