Over the past month various members of my family have stayed at this hotel separately after my father fell ill on holiday and was being treated at the nearby hospital. We were very happy with all the facilities and cleanliness, but most of all with the helpful staff, and in particular Yousseff on Reception who helped us so often as we navigated stressful and uncertain situations. It really made a big difference to us and we really appreciated it. Overall the hotel was pleasant, calm and breakfast was good. We ate there in the evening too on a couple of occasions, and the food was tasty, with large portions. I had the pool to myself in a morning, and it was quite wonderful to get a few lengths in! Would recommend as a good option for solo female travellers (as we all were at various points).

Upon arrival in Tangier the hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport on departure. Very welcoming upon arrival and assisted me with all my needs. Hotel has a snooker table, seating area and restaurant with a bar which has a tv where I watched the football which was nice. The hotel is clean, room was clean spacious and had a to with good channels. Phone in room and reception assisted me in all my needs. Very comfortable bed. The room cleaner does a fantastic job tidying the room each day. Very good location and a walk away from the beach and restaurants. Can have a taxi arranged by the hotel or wave a taxi down outside the hotel at all hours.

Unfortunately the swimming pool wasn’t open even though on booking.com said it was. Pool needed cleaning and was cold weather they said. Would have been very fun but definitely will use next time when I visit in the summer months.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights.. It's located in a perfect spot.. Close to the train station. . Close to marina bay and City mall (you can go to all these places by foot). The breakfast (buffet) was just amazing.. There's almost everything you'd like to have in your breakfast.. The room was clean.. The bathroom as well.. It's very quiet in there.. Even though the window was straight looking at the main steets outside but once you close it you can literally hear NOTHING.. I liked that + the view from the window was stunning especially at night with the street lights on 😍. Staff were nice and friendly. I recommend.

Uhmm not much but the room was not that spacious to be honest.. Not too small but not big at the same time. Everything else was good.

the hotel was in an excellent location everything i needed was within walking distance, night clubs bars eateries and the beach, the staff mainly ahmed the night shift reception was excellent he went out of his was to help me in anything i needed and very polite, he was the main person i saw as i was out all day everyday, i just went back to the hotel at night

i really don't want to write anything negative because my stay at ibis was excellent but i want to say the person i saw on day shift was reluctant to give me information, i don't know his name , he was good dealing with the hotel but hje didn't want to give me any information that was not to do with the hotel, i asked him locations of nightclubs and bars he simply said he didn't know and i would have to ask someone else as i was walking out other staff and security people directed me to the places i wanted to know about, there were a quite a few places within a very short distance from ibis, maybe this person didn't like me for some reason because how can he not know about nightclubs just within a few hundred meters from the hotel

Excellent location, ideal for train station and Hop on, Hop off bus service. 100 metre walk leads to a major street, with Restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc. The hotel has friendly staff, with many English speaking staff on hand. The room was plenty big enough, with a decent size shower. The beds were comfortable, with clean bed linen. There is a nice outdoor area, for sitting and a good size pool.

Typical IBIS no frills style hotel, nothing out of the usual but it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was rather excessive to IBIS standards but lacking fresh fruits. Even though breakfast starts only at 07:00h, I had to check out early and was allowed to enjoy breakfast at 6:45h. I liked the swimming pool, which is rare for hotel of this category. The business center/corner was not filled with a pool table, so that was great ! Finally, the staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which is always nice.

Could have been a bit better cleaned. My room looked out on a construction site, but fortunately work stopped early and there wasn't any noise at night.

Couldn't fault anything apart from the fact that there was no kettle in the room and only one socket to charge devices which did cause some inconvenience. Lovely breakfast. Nice pool. Very relaxed atmosphere,

There was no kettle in the room and only one socket to charge devices which was not very good and below acceptable standards nowadays. If we had booked for longer than two nights I would have asked for a kettle to be supplied but didn't bother as we were not there for very long.

The hotel was absolutely fine for the money. We were near the station and the sea promenade. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was excellent but was not part of the deal. Our room looked out over the construction of another hotel but that did not matter to us. I would like to have decafine coffee on offer at breakfast or at the bar. All else was very good.

Very convenient location from the train station, a 6 minute walk. Close to a supermarket, beach and taxis were plentiful. Great breakfast that had English breakfast tea and amazing olive bread. Lovely hot showers.

Bathroom and towels were a bit tired and shower stall didn't contain to water so you landed up with a wet floor. Unfortunately, construction site behind hotel so a bit noisy. Not hotels fault. Lots of dogs barking but again, nothing the hotel could do about that.

Very good located to the train station Tanger Ville, and you can find a shopping mall close by, City Toirost Bus and Aerobus (airport) close to the train station. You can take bus Line 14 (station is very close to the hotel) to Medina, petit socco and grand socco. Breakfast is abundant
