Friendly staff. There was only a couple of English speakers in the reception, the room was kept clean. The location was 10 minutes away from The Magnolia shopping center. It was a 20 minute tram ride into the Main market square. The tram station was a 1 minute walk from the hotel. There was a little corner shop that sold Beer, Wine, Bread, milk just outside the hotel. A small Giros takeaway shop just outside. And a Pizza restaurant 100m away up the road. The Hotel was in a perfect location for us.

There was only 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe !! We bought more at Primark in the shopping centre. There wasn't a bar in the Hotel. But we knew that.

The room was larger than expected and well equiped. Beds were very comfortable. Access for my disabled friend throughout the building was good. Loved the large windows that could be opened right out. Storage for cases when leaving on the last day was very helpful and I was happy there was no charge for this service. Friendly staff spoke English which made our lives easier - very grateful for that and they helped us order taxis when needed. Daily refuse collection from our room while we were out was also helpful so we didn't leave any accumulated mess by the last day.

Other than our shower base was quite dirty, eveything else was very clean. We would have appreciated some milk with the tea/coffe facilities but the day after arrival we just went and bought our own when the shops were open..

Check-in and check-out was efficient. Room was large, as was the bathroom. Breakfast had a decent selection of both bread and warm dishes, not always the case outside of Nordic countries. Asked hotel to have our (three) rooms together, which they was able to work out. Will be perfect when tram stop is working again, after track renovation is completed.

Old-style AC didn't work, so a fan was put inside each of our rooms. Two of our rooms faced the big Legnicka street, so it was quite noicy as we had windows open during the night, to keep room temperature at a good level.

Spacious room with plenty of daylight, large clean bathroom with a hairdryer. Breakfast better than at Hilton (in terms of range, quality and food presentation). We appreciate especially helpfulness of night receptionist. Our late check-in was smooth and billing accurate. Technical problem with door lock was solved to our satisfaction. I pray for keeping human receptionists in hospitality industry - robots will never provide the same level of service!!!

Noise from the street. There is main road connecting airport with city center including quite busy tram line, right next to the hotel. However, it's nothing major.

Great breakfast, quite a variety with good quality too. The location was perfect since it was just a minute walk from the tram station and not far away to the centre by tram or bus. The staff were very helpful, providing additional pillows and amenities upon request.

The beds were quite uncomfortable with very soft mattresses, which affected the comfort of our sleep.

Room 113 the shower drain does not work well, Main door gets stuck needs adjustment. WiFi needs improvement. Parking needs improvement. Fix it. Those poor girls had to go and open it by hand. I felt sorry for them.

Clean room, quite comfy beds, nice bathroom. Close to football stadium. Breakfast was also fine.

Too thin walls. It would be better, if there would be two doors in the room and thicker walls, because we heard the noise from the corridor at 1am and then from a room, which seemed to be maybe 2 rooms away at 2:30am. So we didn't sleep well.

The room was very clean and plenty of space as was the bathroom.Spotless infact..1 small tile by the bathroom door was chipped.To me it was no big deal.It was my second or third stay here.Still very high standard. Locked room for cases after checkout time.Handy for tram/bus into city . Will use again in the future I am sure .Breakfast was massive choice and not rushed,with veiw of tram bus route at rush hour a joy to watch .

Shelter for smokers would be a nice touch ,as the pavement was chilly in sub zero conditions. If this place a bar with beer garden for the summer .Think it will not happen ,not a huge problem.

Staff was nice. Excellent location, wonderful, spacious rooms and bathroom. One of the best hotels for reasonable price.well done! Thx.

Check in. Showing passports, signing a statement saying that I am a father of my daughter. Strange. Never came across this anywhere else in Poland. Paying for dedicated hotel car park. Not much, but still.

The room was very clean if a bit small but no problem. Shower bathroom good size plenty of clean towels (everyday if needed) Breakfast huge choice everyday . Have booked again already for November

Having to stand outside on the pavement to smoke
