This is my second stay at this location. It’s clean, in a nice and central area of the city, comfortable.

There is no coffee, coffee machine or water, which is a great disadvantage, specially when you get there at night or tired and have to go out again to buy these things. This is the only place I have stayed in which doesn’t have any of the above in the room.

very good location in a very quiet neighborhood. the historic city center in just 7 minutes on foot. I lived in block 21 in room 7 (from 18 to 25 may 2024 coming from Greece 🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷). I was horrified by the reviews I had read about this particular accommodation but in the end everything was not as described by the other tenants. very large and comfortable apartment with a separate bedroom for two people we were very pleased. the stairwell and elevator were almost new. the bed and mattress as well as the sofa in excellent condition. the kitchen was comfortable although I would have preferred it to have an oven in addition to a microwave. the refrigerator is new, of enormous dimensions. wardrobes and storage spaces than many. the sofa in very good condition as well as the chairs and the kitchen table which of course had some scratches. in the toilet there is enough space as well as a washing machine you just need to ask for detergent from the reception which is about 70m away as well as toilet paper. the hot water comes in a fairly quick period of time and the shower is really very comfortable. in the bedroom there is plenty of space and a huge wardrobe which was spotlessly clean. the mattress was in excellent condition although I would have preferred bigger pillows

7 nights we stayed there they didn't come to change towels or bring toilet paper maybe it's the company's policy. they should put more plates and more crockery and glasses because there are not enough of them. very few towels and they didn't come even one day to clean or mop we had to do it ourselves. otherwise I recommend it because it was new. the cleaner should report any damage or damage to the representatives of the apartments so that they can carry out the maintenance of the apartments

Modern, clean maisonette within 10 minutes walk to the main square. Great value for money. Very comfy bed.

The maisonette was a bit soul-less. Except for two small pictures in the bedroom, there was no art work ir decorative pieces anywhere. Lacked basic things for a self-contained apartment, no ironing board, no sponge or cloth to wipe plates, nothing to dry plates with. Bare minimum furniture. Also, it's starting to show signs of wear and tear, scuffed skirting boards, dirty paintwork, bathroom taps loosing it's finish. I went in the Summer so needed bedroom windows open, quite a lot of road noise from very busy nearby roads...they really like to rev their motorbikes and squeal away from the lights.

The reception staff are lovely and professional. Unfortunately, in the initial flat I booked, there was some noisy building work going on in a next door apartment, which of course is not the fault of Absyntapart and they were able to move me to another in a swift manner. The broadband in both apartments was powerful, my broadband speed app registered it at around 70-80Mbs. The facilities otherwise were comfortable, clean though perhaps some more dishes/cups might be useful? Even travelling solo, it's nice to have some spare.

The hot tap in the kitchen of the second apartment I stayed in runs quite weakly and it takes a while for the hot water to come through. But the shower was powerful, so it must be that specific tap. Really, only a minor issue!

The stuff was nice and helpful, location is great and hotel is located nearby the old town.

The apartment definitely needs renovation and deep cleaning. Several things are broken and/or dirty. You can forget about walking in your white socks, they’ll get black in a blink of an eye. Bathroom has a broken faucet and in a shower cabin you have to choose a spot to stand on, otherwise it will bend under you. No sound isolation. Every noise from the corridor can be heard inside the living room, it’s but quieter in the bedroom, but not much of a difference. The wardrobe smelled dump and we also spotted 2 cockroaches in the apartment. The price is not matching the quality.

Apartment allocated in nice area, close to the city center and other historical places. Near the apartment is few supermarket one (smaller) in the building where is apartment other one (biggest) in a 5 minutes walking. Very clean, good view, this apartment is very good for few days trip in the city. In the yard of the building are located few good restaurants.

Poor noise insulation in this apartment, I hear all neighbors and each time when was used elevator. Feeling that doors of elevator opened in your apartment close to your bed.

The reception desk staff were very kind and helpful.

It was a bit tricky to find the apt. building once we left the reception desk (it was just down the street a bit, then down a short side street/alley, then across a green space- not far, but perplexing). We didn’t speak the language and were jet lagged too- I found myself wishing I’d asked for a little hand drawn map- but by then we were too far from reception. If they made one up to keep on hand, it would be a small comfort :)

New, very clean and warm apartment in a beautiful complex near the city center and near public transport. Just a tip for the host: put some hooks to hang coats at the entrance.

It was warned on the site that the images of the apartments were only representative and that they could be different, but at least I thought I had a bedroom (even a small one) and not a bed stuck between two walls.

Great location, only few minutes by walk from market place. At the same time there is high chance that you find parking place at the street apartment is situated. Even if it is so close to the center it is quiet inside and you have a view at some city river old canal with small set of trees/park. Right outside of the building there is a small restaurant which contributes to some good vibe of this place. The old building renovated had high celling and walls in the staircase decorated with wooden like frames matching pastel colour painted walls. I liked that deco. Apartment had living room with kitchen and separate bedroom with comfy bed - also high ceiling. Nicely done bathroom.

What was missing was some necessities in the kitchen. Wine opener, some cutlery, some tea, coffee, sugar. That is usually provided in this kind of accommodation... not a biggy but I have noticed their absence.

Had all the comforts, super location, big windows which adds to the atmosphere

Because of the high ceilings and thin walls, it is very audible both your conversations and people from neighboring rooms. The light bulbs were weak, the lamps near the bed didn't work, and the chandelier in the hallway was hardly lit at all. And also the mattress of the bed was not comfortable, though the springs did not pop out, but could dig right into your back.
