Room was sparkling clean and likewise the bathroom was really clean and looked brand new. None of that odd hotel/motel smell you get in most places (I think that's the pest control spray that they use to keep the critters at bay). Staff members were extremely accommodating. I ride a mobility scooter and they made sure that I had a dedicated car park space at the entrance closest to my room. Breakfast was good. They had better choices than most for the breakfast - a good selection of cereal, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt and a good selection of hot food. They had poached eggs too which is rae in my experience. Really enjoyed the stay and I would book again.

Only issue was the wheelchair lift to descend a few steps to the lower ground where my room was. My scooter was about 2 inches too long to fit the lift. But this is a listed building so they can only do so much. Perhaps a temporary ramp would be better but they went out of their way to help resolve the issue. Dedicated car park space in the rear near my room and left the back doors open for me to get in after my show at the theatre.

The room was clean, nicely laid out. The bed was very comfy and it was nice to have a bath and shower available in the room. The location to the venue (Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre) was exceptionally close and easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and professional. The food was excellent, with some very good vegetarian option. I am not actually a vegetarian, but enjoyed the vegetarian food options available. The falafel wraps were exceptional. Breakfast was very good both in choice, quality and value; although with my trade show starting very early an earlier breakfast start would have been better.

The lack of a lift meant quite a few stairs with luggage, but I was offered assistance. The oddest thing was the lighting in the room, every light seeming having its own switch, with no "master switch", so when you enter the room it takes a while to get the lights turned on. The room was clean, but probably could have been aired a bit more as had a slight dusty smell. I am really grasping at straws though as one of the bets hotel stays I have had recently.

Very convenient for my needs

Could hear people walking around above me. On Sunday morning had two sets of guests with children & these children were having a great time playing in the passage way outside my room obviously making a noise & the parents obviously thought that was ok & not a thought that maybe people wanted to sleep in on a Sunday. Suggest you put notices up in passages that children are not to play or make a noise in the passages. The parents have no respect for others.

We liked almost everything. Instantly, it felt quite welcoming as entered. Reception staff welcomed us and gifted the kids with small things and milk + cookie vouchers, which put a smile on their face. Things were much more easy going after that. We enjoyed our overnight stay. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, variety and the help from staff.

In the executive rooms, sofa bed may need an upgrade going forward. Although it's a good size once opened, it's not level hurt my back a bit.

The breakfast and food in general was excellent so a thumbs up for chefs Steve and Aaron. We had four different meals from the restaurant and every one was delicious, good proportions and well presented. Also staff members Junel, Lily and Chelsea were exceedingly helpful, cheerful and professional. We would definitely stay there again.

There wasn't much to do at the location but Winchester and Windsor for Castle and Lego land were around 35 to 40 minutes away. We initially chose this hotel because we've stayed in Holiday Inns before and been satisfied. We visited Farnborough for the British Motor Show.

there is a sign in the room that offers extra toiletries if required such as hair conditioner etc, I asked for this at reception but the receptionist did not come back to me with an answer Wake up call requested on check in sheet - no wake up call provided Self service bar aspect whilst you are eating your dinner is not ideal as bar can get quite busy newspapers offered on check in form but not available throughout the hotel

It was the perfect hotel for my needs. The breakfast was more-ish and delicious and the gym was a nice touch...particularly after a hearty breakfast. Superbly-located too.

There are no lifts in the hotel which is unusual for a hotel of that quality. Those with mobility issues should look elsewhere. There is also no fridge or safe in the room. Also, this hotel outsources its laundry services so forget about receiving it back by 6 pm the day you hand it in. You will receive it the next day.

Great accommodation, the hotel was huge. The breakfast was amazing multiple options sadly the area near the utensils needed cleaning but this was mainly down to other customers not cleaning up after themselves. The room was great, had a twin room and a nice view, spacious room.

The hotel was huge possibly a bit more signage around we were on the 4th floor and couldn't find easy access to the elevator from the dining room. Maybe napkins near the utensils so the messy customers can tidy up after themselves. Apart from that absolutely amazing staff and a great location.

Staff were exceptional, Special Mention To the guy behind the bar and the waitor servicing food. Couldn't do enough for us, made us feel very welcome and attended to our every need. Lovely touches for the children (milk and cookies) and breakfast was Unbelievable, the choice was excellent and produce was so tasty. Breakfast is a MUST at this hotel.

Bathroom was a little bit tired looking but clean and tidy.

Garden area to sit and enjoy a relaxing drink in the sunshine Dinner: Portions quite small but food presented well and very tasty. Breakfast: Lots of choice available and able to request freshly poached eggs. Importantly, the coffee and tea quality was second to none.

Bar area was too cold and draughty from all the open doors both in the actual bar area and in the area close to reception where the TV is located to be able to sit and enjoy a drink into the evening for any length of time. The Bar Lighting in the evening was far too bright/stark to help you relax. Gave up and went back to room. Only one set of towels in the bathroom of a 2-person room. Needed to find the other set in the closet. (Not welcoming).
