The breakfast is super. The rooms are clean and very functional. We've stayed here many times before plane flights. A really nice hotel.

No convenient way to get to the hotel from the airport. We usually take the Elizabeth Line to Heathrow and then catch a taxi to the hotel, which isn't far but it costs quite a bit in cab fare for the distance you travel. Coming back, it's easier to catch the bus but the bus still costs something like 10 pounds per rider for a pretty short ride distance-wise. Adding the transport to/from costs to the hotel rate ends up costing a fair amount.

Great for an overnight airport stay. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped with friendly, helpful staff. Access to the Heathrow Hotel Hoppa Bus and 24-hour reception.

It is a bit tricky to access on foot from some bus stops coming from Heathrow Bus Station (not the Hotel Hoppa), as you have to walk down Newport Road and navigate a few crossings to get there. This is not an issue if arriving by Hotel Hoppa or taxi, however.

Good size room and bed. Free baby crib provided. Good bathroom and shower. Refrigerator in room.

Restaurant added 12.5% service charge which I didn't notice until after I paid. Asked hotel to order a taxi, and they brought nice mercedes van which cost £33! Regular taxi from the airport only cost £16 so was expecting the same to return to airport.

I paid extra for half board which was a waste of time. The dinner menu has a small selection of things from the main menu ad the price is the same as if you don't pay for the package. We ended up eating from the main menu which brought chaos to their system so we had to wait 15 minutes for them to sort it out. Don't book the Hoppa bus to get to the airport a sit is more expensive and takes much longer than an Uber. No one there to help us with our luggage but it was an easy enough journey to our room. Breakfast was pretty good but the Bacon was like shoe leather.

The set shuttle time is really helpful to know for getting to the airport. The location is great if you need an easy place near Heathrow. The bar/restaurant is a plus if you're hungry or thirsty.

I didn't realize the shuttle from airport is only once every hour, and a good 30 minutes each way given the other drop offs. I wasn't in a rush, so it wasn't a problem. But, travelers should be sure to look at the schedule for the specific hotel shuttle to manage your time / expectations. And, plan your timing for your departure from hotel (since it's once an hour) to be sure you're not too rushed to catch your flight.

the room was exceptionally spacious and clean. Also the sofa bed was located against the wall, making it the perfect sleeping space of our kids as we didn't need to use a bed rail or worry about the kids rolling off the bed. Loved it

i was shocked to learn it cost £55 in a taxi to get to the airport, which is a stones throw away from the hotel and a short drive. they have a shuttle service available but that is not always suitable for a family of 4 with 4 large suitcases, 3 small suitcases and a buggy, along with 2 tired kids early in the morning. Plus the shuttle takes 40 mins to reach terminal 5 due to all the stops. taxi takes 5 mins. This is of course not the hotels fault, but worth knowing to factor into your cost.

The staff at reception and breakfast room were incredibly nice, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much. We were really satisfied! Partly because of this, it was an unforgettable holiday.

The cleaning of the rooms could be better, We always left the (bath) room tidy so that the cleaners could easily remove the dust, but there was not proper cleaning. broken coat hangers, no soap. We were with 3 people and always got towels for 2 people, a sofa bed which was broken was not noticed even after we removed the duvet and sheets. As a result, you did have to ask the reception for help every night That's a shame, because of this our son had little sleep. Otherwise very satisfied, great view of Heathrow Airport from the 5th floor!

Due to an early morning flight I needed a hotel room close to LHR the night before. Holiday Inn was perfect. Comfortable, well equipped and immaculately clean rooms with great facilities that exceeded my expectations. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, great restaurant and bar, (although I opted for Room Service which was promptly and cheerfully delivered by Lynford) and most importantly a great nights sleep in a comfortable bed!! The terminal transfer bus picks up outside every half hour or so, (no need to book). Check In and Check Out were a breeze and all in all Holiday Inn was perfect at a great price.

Everything suited me really well.

The hotel was easy to find and there were plenty of parking spaces available. The parking bays were big enough for large suvs/vans. Parking costs £16 for 24 hours which is quite reasonable. We stayed in an executive room and it was simply great. Lots of storage space for our belongings and a very nice bathroom with a large shower cabin. The bed was comfortable we all had a very good sleep. Even though M4/A4 is close and the airport is a stone throw away, nothing can be heard of the traffic and planes. The breakfast was very good. Lots of options and delicious food. Prepare to be overwhelmed especially if you're only staying one night. Impossible to try everything in one go. The restaurant looked nice too.

The thermostat was facing the beds and if the ac is on the green LED light is rather strong. It can disturb some who like to sleep in complete darkness. The housekeeper knocked 3 times on the door wanting to find out when we were leaving. Not cool as we only checked in at 11 pm after a long stressful day and wanted to have a lie in.

Quick check-in. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Barira at reception was very helpful with the check-in process, she helped us with all the details that were necessary during our stay. Check-out was super fast too. We were able to get an Uber within minutes early in the morning. Airport buses run from this property, but you may have to check the time table available at the reception, they operate as early as 4 am in the morning.

Pillows were worn out, but not something that could not be managed. Housekeeping support during the night is a complete no-no. make sure to get your queries resolved during normal working hours.
