Location and a much better review compare to the competitions around Heathrow hotels, convenient Hoppa bus shuttles which is not complimentary and cost £6.80 pp one way and runs every 30 minutes. Breakfast schedules 5am to 10am on. Mia at the guest service is amazing, thorough and helpful, with a smile 😊 if you are on T4 there’s a link to the Airport and it is a 6-10 minutes walk depends on how fast you walk.

The restaurant/bar The food was not the best for £45.00 Pounds Singaporean Noodle and Chcken curry with rice and they charge tap water for £3.00 pounds ? , you basically order it from the bar and a server will deliver it to your numbered table. The hotel 6 Elevator is nice and clean but the rooms we are assigned is way far at the end and it is quite a walk, there is no lift at this end of the building .

Spot on for off the airport train to T4 up to arrivals and turn left. Go past the bike racks and overhead bridge (so covered walkway). Then you can’t miss the combo Crowne Plaza / Holiday Inn Express hotel building (signs on building). Less than a 3 to 5 minute walk. Excellent last night location before flying out next morning. Remember you can get a FREE train transfer to T2/3/5 by using the machine (clearly marked) which give yourself 30 minutes in case you miss the first train to change to another terminal at Heathrow.

Food for Holiday Inn Express needs to be looked at. Tables not wiped down after use. Basic food service. You can use the better one at the Crown Plaza side.

The location - very good as it was linked with T4. Direction and signage was very clear. Easier to go out to the city as well due to underground / elizabeth lane in T4 Services - staffs were very helpful. I was on standby flight ticket and was assigned to the next flight (from early morning flight to late evening flight) and the staff helpfully allowed me to store my luggage after check out and i can stay at the lobby lounge which is wayyy comfortable than airport chair. Breakfast - were good enough for a simple breakfast and they have vegetarian sausage options. Also pastries selection and coffee / tea can be opted for “to go” for people who rush for their flight. The airport trolley can be use until reach the room and vice versa so it was easier for solo traveller like me

Hope there will be option of room with open window due to some of the customer might have clausophobia and need a fresh air once in a while in the room. Also, there is no complimentary drinks in the room - i expected to have atleast still water for drink as we check in late and the shop downstair already closed by that time.

Such a great traveller's hotel - short walk from Heathrow T4, even with luggage. Check in breezy, staff knowledgeable and helpful. Room decor simple but so so well designed. Loved the comfy chair for either desk or just sitting - so many hotels miss this. Full English Breakfast included was excellent - a real surprise. For a big place at the busiest airport they just get it right! Great value for money.

Nothing - I think this place is a model traveller's hotel.

Very clean, friendly staff. Good facilities. Bar food plus a restaurant if desired. Very kind receptionist after my arrival and having had a fall on the small escalator. She did the check in at my side as I sat on a chair. She arranged a transfer for the next morning by Hoppa bus to Terminal 5.

A long trek underground, including a free train ride from Terminal 2 and 3.

Fabulous location. We arrived late after a long haul flight from Australia and it was great to get the free train to Terminal 4 and walk the 5 mins to the hotel. Comfy beds, lovely staff and very good breakfast.

Best price and great value! As my flight landed late at night the location right inside Heathrow airport was such a perk for a solo female traveller! Great breakfast!

Hotel is connected to Heathrow terminal 4 through a covered tunnel, perfect to access from this terminal. Very practical if landing on or catching a plane in terminal 4. It is not a straight-forward transit to other terminals, though, especially very early in the morning - I had to book a cab since Heathrow standard transport cross-terminals (trains and bus) does not operate before 5am.

I could not benefit from breakfast since I checked out very early (4am), so no opinions on that.

Paid £84 for double room B&B - excellent value and great buffet breakfast. Nat Express coach to T4 and a few hundred metres along a covered walkway and we were there. In the morning we took the free tube to T3. Unfortunately this value was not reflected in their restaurant & bar prices so take a short stroll down the walkway to Premiere Inn for greater value ( beer £9 v £6, meat pie meal £21 v £15 etc)

The blurb on the hotel puts cleanliness as a very important feature. The shower in room 403 needs close attention to the lower grouting, door hinge areas and the bottom plastic seal. All were discoloured - perhaps an issue for their “Cleaning Champion” ?

The property is absolutely wonderful- it seems and feels newly renovated, modern and with great design features. The bar area large and is perfect for relaxing or working, with many different types of table and booth spaces with design-focused furnishings and decor. I also liked that it was technically in Heathrow and could be accessed by free, easy and clean train connect from terminals 2 and 3.

I didn’t mind this but I was surprised by how long the walk was from where the free train dropped me off at Terminal 4 to the actual hotel. If someone had health or mobility issues they might want to consider taking the Hopper bus to the front of the hotel or a taxi instead of trying to access it from the train drop off and navigating the interior tunnels. Also a note that the hotel indicates a 24-hour menu, I arrived at 11:00 and the 24-hour menu is extremely limited, only a handful of items. If you arrive after 11 you will not have a full menu selection. The hostess advised the downstairs bar was open with a limited menu as well.
