The warmth and friendliness. Sylvie,Jean Marie and Oki make you feel very welcome and part of a family. Our cases were carried upstairs and the ins and outs of the home explained. Jean Marie and Sylvie cannot do enough for you and have a wealth of information about the area to get you started on your adventures. The room was spotless and breakfast more than adequate for us. The home is just a five minute walk to the old part of the city and a handy location for setting off and enjoying the beauty of the Dordogne. A professional, but at the same time, friendly, run establishment. From our experience, we can highly recommend a stay at this lovely property.

On our visit...nothing!!!

Sylvie and Jean-Marie went beyond expectations to make us feel welcome, and to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is well presented and in very good order -- their renovation has been done with taste and attention to detail. Their advice and hospitality were superb and really made our visit to Bergerac memorable.

Nothing to say here, really, except that we wish we had booked a longer stay. We left wanting to return!

Beautifully renovated B&B with cleverly themed rooms, just a few minutes walk from Bergerac's historical centre with all the amenties you could want and more! Jean Marie and Sylvie are the perfect hosts, from collection to and from airport for a small fee to delicious breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the pool at your convenience, nothing is too much trouble. Relaxing summer afternoons/evenings spent by the pool after a stroll around Bergerac or a short train ride to stunning Sarlat and Bordeaux, socialising with other guests and our hosts on the terrace (not forgetting Oki their wonderful doggie who loves the company also!) Such a wonderful memorable trip, we didn't want to leave.

Our stay at this lovely guest house was perfect in every way. Jean Marie and Sylvie could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The house has been beautifully renovated and our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for a short walk into historic Bergerac or to the train station to visit nearby Sarlat or St Emilion. Breakfast was delicious with warm croissants, home made jam, fruit etc.

The location was perfect, very clean with everything you could need to make it a home from home experience. Jean Marie and Sylvie were very hospitable. The weather was dismal and they tried to suggest things to do - offering to book trains and restaurants. 5 minute walk into the historic village. Pick-up and drop off to airport was 10 euros each way and a lovely gesture. If we are back in Bergerac we will stay again.

Ideally situated property - a short walk to the old town and restaurants. Beautifully decorated with each bedroom themed - our African themed room was huge with large bathroom. Multi lingual Jean and Sylvie are excellent hosts and go out of their way to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay with them and that you want for nothing. A lovely garden to sit and drink a glass of wine in the evenings.

A wonderful property only a few minutes walk from the centre of Bergerac. The room was very well-equipped and perfect for friends sharing with a very large bathroom. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and prepared a beautiful breakfast every morning and were very helpful with suggestions of where to visit locally and restaurant recommendations. The overall experience exceeded our expectations!

Loved everything about our stay at this beautiful property with such kind & friendly hosts. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute stroll to the lovely old town of Bergerac. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the wonderful food, excellent wine and hospitality this town had to offer. If staying in Bergerac again we would definitely stay in this property again.

The only thing I would say is fresh milk 🥛 in the fridge would have been nice. We were given plenty of the dried creamers but they are not good in tea.

Sylvie and Jean Marie welcomed us into their home and showed us round the house and garden before taking us up to our room. The room was spacious and well furnished, lovely. Breakfast was excellent with a great range of fruits,cereals breads, croissants, jams, fruit juice, ham and cheese. We left hoping to return again soon !

Nothing could be better !

Silvie and Jean Marie are remarkable hosts! They have anticipated travellers every need. I love Bergerac is the most wonderful B&B we have ever experienced. They have traveled extensively and decorated the home with fabulous pieces of art. Each room has a theme and is decorated accordingly. The breakfast table allowed us to visit with both our hosts and other travelers while enjoying coffee, juice, croissants, bread cheese and ham, yogurt and various toppings. It was a delightful experience and we were very sad to have to leave.
