The room itself is great. The beds are comfortable and clean. The floors are clean. The design of the room with artistic work is nice. The room has a table and chairs. The room is a decent size. The air conditioning works well. It was quiet. The shared bathroom is kept decently clean. The room has no key but a pass code. The check in desk is open 24 hours. Only a 15 minute drive to the city centre of Bordeaux. Very reasonable price for Bordeaux and conditions.

The check in was rough. There was a big line of people waiting and we had to stand around for 35 minutes before we even got in our room. The lady at the reception just disappeared and everybody was just standing around with our luggage waiting. The bathrooms and showers have bad ventilation so the corriders are humid. The kitchenette has almost nothing to offer, no fridge, no utensils, no napkins, no coffee machine. No elevator. They are dishonest about the parking, its not a private garage parking, but an onsite parking, which is fine but obviously less secure.

Firstly, the price. As far as I was looking for the cheap but good option, I’m satisfied with what I’ve got. Then, though the location isn’t in the downtown, there is a bus stop in 5 minutes from the hotel, so you can easily reach the city centre. Besides, the staff is cute and friendly. Speaking about the room, it’s not of a big size, but that was enough. There is a TV, a mirror, a small table, two chairs and a bed. Also there are hooks for hanging things. Especially I liked the fact that there is a sink in the room, I find it handy.

Although in general it was quiet, sometimes I have heard neighbours’ noises, so soundproofing leaves much to be desired. In a daytime, you can hear noises coming from outdoors, there is some kind of storehouse nearby the hotel, so the vans often drives there. However, it’s not a big deal if you consider the hotel only as a place to spend the night. Also, there are no towels in the room, so it’s better to bring them along.

Location was a little far out and bus links ended at 8pm in the evening... i am not a fan of the breakfast, but aside from these issues, nice clean and tidy accommodation, very friendly and helpful staff snd does everything it says it does.

Easy check-in even though we arrived late in the evening. All facilities easy to find and use.

Air con in our room not very effective. The room was booked in a hurry - it may have been stated that soap and towels are not provided but it wasn't obvious enough for me to see in my hurry to book. Of course this is reflected in the price, I realise in retrospect. Fortunately we had our own but that might easily have not been the case.

The room was adequate to my needs, very comfortable bed and pillows. Cruise ship style ensuite, great shower. Room was serviced after two nights . The girls in reception were very friendly and easy going. Parking was free ,plentiful and secure.....which is rare in the city. After many ordinary reviews, I was hesitant to book. So glad I did . Great value for money !

• Parking: We travelled by car and the property was easy to find. Free parking was available in the hotel’s carpark. • Keys: Check-in was quick and easy via receptionist who was friendly, and the rooms were accessed via codes • First impression: The hotel is in an industrial complex, on the other side of the river, but we felt safe to walk 45 minutes and cross the bridge to get to the main part of the city. • Kitchen & Bathroom: There was a large sink in the room. The showers and toilets were shared and located in the central part of the building very close to the rooms. They were clean, and always available. I noticed them being cleaned regularly by service staff, and they were never busy. • Bedroom: There was no lift, but that was not a problem as our bedrooms were on the first floor. We had two adjacent (tandem) double bedrooms with a soft bed and pillows, clean bedsheets and towels. The room in general was not too big, with a window that opened out into the garden at the back. • Amenities: There was a microwave in the reception area, along with a kitchen sink and dining table on the ground floor. There was a TV in each room. • Conclusion: We just needed a comfortable accommodation for the night for a family of four, and this property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay there on our next visit.

It is located at the end of a cul de sac and is therefore pretty quiet. Just what I wanted for an overnight stop. However, it is quite remote and won’t be to everyone’s liking.

A long way to any services but they do have a machine in the entrance where you can order food to be delivered to your room.

Unique design and key system: you will receive a code to enter the room. There is also a machine for coffee or coca cola. Еhe workers are friendly and speak English The room is very small but clean and has everything you need. For one night on the way to another place is fine. The bed is comfortable. An advantage is parking at the hotel, although the next morning the car reported about the security of the anti-theft system... But nothing was missing from the car.

It is located in an industrial area. Breakfast could be better.

Everything, it was absolutely clean, great value for Bordeaux.

The location is not very good but how can you complain at that price. Also, don’t people look at where the property is before booking? Im bewildered at so many people complaining about the location, wake up and use your phones.

With the intention to rest deeply for 24 hours, this hotel was excellent for the price. It was quiet, clean with nice staff. We slept most of the time, leaving only to get a meal. We had to further than we wanted

Locaton is difficult if you donot have your own car.
