Reception team couldn't have been more helpful. Very quiet at all times, it's set back from the main road and is ideal for some peace and quiet. Less than ten minute walk from Tram B going into the heart of Bordeaux and No1 bus straight to either the Airport or main train station. So much to do within walking distance. The nearby Market is a must visit.

There is nothing to dislike about this location. Merci pour votre hospitalitè.

Very clean, nice staff, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very good mattress i have to say, the bed was extremely comfortable.

The location is not ideal. It's a bit out of the way but there is a regular bus and it's a 6-7 min walk to the closest tram stop. The area is ok but the side alleys are very dodgy at night because they're not lit, only the main street is so i advise caution especially for women. This wasn't a problem for mel but something to keep in mind. It's a good location if you like to walk, the road to the city centre is literally a straight line.

It was a nice neighbourly environment so quiet - no sound from the street & set in its own grounds - with car parking. Had to get used to the door codes to enter and leave. I liked the size of the room and its comforts - it was a lovely bonus to have a small kitchen area - and the breakfast area was roomy with plenty of buffet food and beverages. The staff were particularly helpful as I did not know the area and were very helpful on directions even telling me exactly which bus to catch as my friends were staying in another location.

No complaints

Good location, bus stops nearby, fully equipped kitchen and quite a comfortable room, clean linens on beds. Tasty breakfast (meat, cheese, butter, bread and buns, pancakes, pastry, juices, coffee, yogurt, tangerines and oranges), the reception managers are very friendly and always ready to help, gave us detailed information and recommendations as regards sightseeing and travelling over the region.

Noise from outside of the room as the windows in it are not soundproof. The wooden furniture is old and shabby, especially in the kitchen. The cleaning lady only replaced the towels and rarely cleaned the room, never making our beds. The choice of dishes for breakfast is good but there were no vegetables at all. It looks like this hotel needs renovation both at the entrance area and in the rooms.

very efficient check-in, very nice staff, not too far from the city centre, there are two separate buildings one near the street where we stayed (no noise issues) and the main building further back. There are separate passcodes for the front door, fron gate (if you come by car) and the building. Our room was very comfortable with enough space and enough sockets.

At the beginning we did not have the passcode to the front gate and accordingly had to stand on the street with the car and were hindering the traffic

Helpful staff, clean rooms, and located just a few blocks away from one of the main shopping streets of Bordeaux. From there you have access to most of what Bordeaux has to offer in terms of tourist attractions. The rooms are nothing exceptional, but great for the price.

Most of the water from the shower ends up on the bathroom floor and not in the drain. Some towels fixed it, but strange design. Breakfast is way too expensive for what you get.

The hotel was really secure with a gate/code and code to get into the building after 10pm. The room was spacious and really clean! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the doona was nice and thick/warm. Air con worked perfectly. The stove worked well and the fridge was cold. The window opened a bit, which was nice for some fresh air. The bathroom was clean and modern. The hotel staff were lovely and let us store our bags all day after check out. There were a few grocery stores, a boulangerie and pharmacy right around the corner. The hotel is close to the B tram which takes you right into the city, which was amazing! Great value for money!

There were a few minor things that we thought could be improved. There was no tea towel, which was disappointing given it is marketed as an apartment hotel room with kitchenette. The sponge had been used before which was not pleasant. There could be more utensils too - some basic ones were missing. The range hood needed a good clean - smelt like fish. The cleaners did not service our room on one of the days despite having the sign on the door all day (we were out 8-6). No fan in the bathroom.

That the room had a 2 fridges, microwave and hob. There was also a coffee maker and kettle plus some t bags.

On arrival you had to let in main gate but even though given a code to get back in you weren't told how to get out. Very confusing as 2 key pads and one was for the apartments. The place is not managed 24hrs so you have another code to gey into hotel at night. No bar facilities and breakfast even though it said cornflakes it again just had muesli, which meant the cereal was a choice of 3 muesli. In the bathroom there was a dirty towel and I had to ask to not only get a clean one but 2 towels as there was 2 of us. The shower over the bath was hand held unless you were a midget and finally the toilet paper was just on a shelf behind the toilet.

The location was good. You could get to the centre in 20 minutes by walking. The tram was about a ten minute walk and two buses went past the accommodation. The room has a kitchenette which was handy. It had cooker, fridge, microwave and cutlery so you could make something if you wanted to. There are some shops and eateries nearby as well.

There were construction works going on but that’s finite so should be ok once it’s all done!

Location, location, location! Close to bus station, tram station and to city centre. Bed was very comfortable, apart from pillows. Kitchen equipped sufficiently for a short stay. Dish drying rack was missing though it would help. Main gate combination lock was a bit confusing but ultimately easy to handle.

Bathroom needs better ventilation and cleaning. Mould was on the ceiling and dirt in the corners on the floor.
