Perfect location and offered a nice and simple stay right next to where we arrived and departed by train and the car hire company. The rooms were so soundproof - there was alot of noise on the street at night and the closed windows removed it completely.

Out of hotels control - but quite a few people hanging around out the front door of the hotel. It would be great if they had family rooms or interconnected doors for families

Everything meet Ibis Budget standarts: not more - not less. Room is small and compact, but clean, bed is comfortable, in general it is what you expect from Ibis Budget - good solution for 1 night stay after late arrival by train. It was warm enough in the room in spite of very cold night. Hotel located just in front of the train station, but the neighborhood looks safe and calm.

The washbasin is located directly in the room (toilet and shower are in a separate room) - a bit strange solution, but ok for 1 night stay.

Very comfortable bed and well-designed floor space. Housekeeping was very helpful and pleasant . The front desk was friendly and accommodating.

The very loud group of locals who seemed to congregate directly below 3rd-floor window.

Opposite the entrance to Caen SNCF, so a convenient location for me to catch an early morning train to Dieppe. A tram stop is alongside the hotel, connecting the hotel to the centre of town. Nice room, comfy bed, good shower (although it took a while for the hot water to arrive at mine on the top floor). Wi-fi worked.

Love that it's next to the station for a late train arrival from Paris and pick up of a rental car next morning. My elderly friends had a room with a huge wet room/bathroom which they appreciated and they said their bed was so comfortable that they had a beautiful sleep. Mine was the same.

Very helpful staff, my daughter speaks french but i dont and the staff were happy to speak to us in both languages. They helped with the wifi and leant us an extra phone charger. The hotel was very quiet.

Always clean with a comfortable bed. Convenient to restaurants after s short walk through the railway underpass.

The location is terrific especially if you are travelling by train. It is directly across from the station. Our room was wonderful for a one night stay. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable and filled our needs perfectly. I can't say enough about the staff. We were greeted by Elia and she couldn't do enough for us. Such a wonderful person. My Husband had contact with the Manager and he, as well, was very personable. We would stay here again if ever in Caen.

Continental breakfast -good. A little noisy at front of the hotel, windows open on a hot evening. Pleasant staff, very clean. Good location.

Liked 24 front desk and lift. Close to train station (if you don't go by Google maps.)

Couldn't shower without toilet area also getting wet. Awkward to open bathroom door.
