Great location. In the centre of restaurants and bars. Great food in its own restaurant, I personally would eat in the restaurant every night. Breakfast was wonderful, good choice and good quality. We were upgraded and besides a nice view had fantastic bath robes which were wonderful and soft as well as slippers. Welcoming bottles of fresh orange and bottle of water. King-size bed which was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

Air conditioning was a bit weak, maybe ask for a fan. I opened the window but in the middle of summer you wouldn't want to do that.

The hotel was in centre of town, opposite a ski hire which has a discount for staying at the hotel. The hotel has a fantastic spa, hammam, sauna, swimming pool, very welcome after a hard day on the slopes. Very relaxing. We had a studio which was adequate for the 2 nights we stayed, and they separated the rooms so it was like having a 2 bed apartment.

The restaurant was expensive. Very nice but expensive. Especially as very little open on a Tuesday night, obviously the end of the week and weekends more restaurants are open but we were limited.

The whole experience with the hotel was amazing. The staff in the reception was very helpful and always smiling. The rooms were clean, and spacious, with all the facilities that I would need when travelling with the whole family. The supermarket is less than 50m up the road. There is big free parking nearby. The swimming facilities were clean and accessible and the environment was very charming. One thing I was missing was maybe a few bags of tea and some coffee for late arrivals so I could had a warm drink without the need to leave the room, but it was not an issue at all :) Definitely recommend - 5 stars

They have comfortable family rooms with a kitchenette ( and with a door between bedrooms, so you can expect some privacy) and excellent SPA complex. Fair price, tasty breakfast and dinner. We come to this hotel not the first time, because it offers really good price with thermal SPA included, and they improve rooms by making some renovations. Very clean. There is a big free of charge parking in a few minutes walking distance, Cauterets town by itself is charming and cozy. There is a supermarket in a few minutes, bistro with pizza and a market with some food made-to-go, so You have plenty of options. The funicular is also very close to the hotel, so there is always a choice of activities. What I really love is their SPA, it is not that big, but very cozy and well equipped. They also have good quality toiletries in their SPA.

There was a hot herbal infusion thermos in SPA before, please bring it back, if possible! One of the saunas didn't work last time, but I hope it was a temporal maintenance problem. Breakfast could be a bit more extensive for its price.

Great location in the middle of town right beside bars restaurants a nice indoor market . Very safe and very beautiful location

The studio facilities itself were the minimum ie the utensils were two forks two knives ! Lovely balcony but no chairs . Quite stringent rules on cleaning. Rubbish must be deposed of in the basement, all crockery must be washed and dried otherwise a fee will be taken off the €200 deposit required.

The hotel offers a basic and slightly aged rooms which is clear from their description and pictures attached. The Spa/Balneo space was exceptionally nice, with a sauna, a steam room and a very nice swimming pool. The access is free of charge and we were offered to use the spa while waiting for our room to be prepared as we arrived earlier than the official check-in hours. Our room had a kitchenette, which was great considering not many restaurants were open when we visited outside of the high season. Overall the hotel offers a great value for money as we found it to be inexpensive considering the great Balneo space and a nice location.

Our room could use a retouch but was otherwise clean and comfortable, so nothing to complain about for the price we paid!

Gym and spa were lovely. Walking distance (about 5mins) to airport. Room had all facilities.

Could do with a plug socket (not just USB next to the bed). Room descr: room description said we would have a bath but only shower, however spa facilities made this fairly irrelevant. Room desc also said we could have a double bed but this appeared as a request which wasn't available. Seemed like an option.

Very clean and centrally located.

The spaces for parking in the garage were too small and meant that I had to park across two spaces in order to be able to get out of my car. Fortunately it appeared that no one was allocated the space next to mine during our stay so that did not cause a problem. The spa had some good facilities but was in need of attention - many of the ceiling tiles were missing and others were stained and looked unpleasant.

Loved the location, swimming pool and playground area. Easy family holiday. The interconnecting rooms were great to accommodate a big family and well equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff.

The restaurant at night lacks variety and kid friendly options. We got charged 16 euro for some chicken nuggets!!!! The breakfast buffet is expensive and if you are later to breakfast past 9am a majority of the food is emptied and not much to choose from. Our rooms were dated and a bit rough, but I understand these are about to be renovated so will be much nicer soon!

The spa was nice and there is a cheerful family atmosphere and good games in the café. Good, if pricey, breakfastand and most of the staff were pleasant.

The checkout time is at 10 AM, but it's not clearly indicated or communicated anywhere. Consider printing a paper with all times clearly laid out and depositing them in the rooms to avoid unpleasant surprises.
