The staff are all friendly, welcoming and professional. The breakfast buffet foods were great, very varied with local artisan produce included. The hotel is very characterful 'Charme' ! In a quiet corner right in the town centre. The room we had, had sky lights with fantastic mountain views. It was very warm and cosy, clean and lovely bedding. The house keepers serviced our room very well during our stay. Excellent value for money.

The only thing which could be reviewed by them is first impressions as we go up the stairs and corridor. The stair carpet is dark so shows everything and hadn't been swept. This got worse during our stay of 2 nights. The room was spotless though so don't worry about how much effort they put into making your room the best it can be.

The spa - sauna was at 40 degrees and didint get hotter than that and the water in the jacuzzi was not very hot either.

Small room

friendly staff and warm welcome. We arrived very early in the morning. The gentleman in charge of breakfast greeted us with cafe au lait and croissant, whereas the receptionist helped us out with the Chamonix weather, to find out if it is still good to visit the glacier. The whole morning was raining hard. And the staff find out that there would be some sunshine 1-4pm. And it turned out to be the only sunshine we had during our 3-day stay in Chamonix.

Our room comes with a window on the roof and we could not open it at all during our stay, though we could see a magnificent snow-covered Mountain view from the the room.

A little challenging to access room with a lot of luggage.

The location of the hotel was really convenient. The room, although small, it felt cozy as it had a small ceiling window from which we had a fantastic view of the mountains. The room was clean and everything worked well. Breakfast was generous (it was a buffet) and timing was convenient. Staff were kind and helpful. We were offered access to the sauna and spa area for free, but we couldn’t take advantage of it due to time constraints.

All was great! I wish the room could be a little larger.

The hotel had a lovely relaxed vibe, we felt really at home here. The staff were so friendly and helpful and all seemed to really enjoy making our stay comfortable. Our room was huge (very helpful as we had our bikes)and opened onto the little courtyard garden, ideal for some relaxing downtime. Very comfy bed and great shower. The free sauna and jacuzzi were a great addition. Lots of lovely little touches made the stay so welcoming e.g. coffee and cake available to help yourself to in the afternoon. Breakfast was really good quality and plentiful. The central location is fab, just a few minutes walk from everything. Highly recommend this lovely Hotel. Thank you for everything x
