We were told on arrival that we would be staying in an annexe away from main hotel as hotel was full!!!! Bad start when you have booked, however, it turned out to be a very nice small room with facilities. It had a kitchen and a lounge are and was very quiet, it opened onto a large garden, perfect for our dog. However, we were told it was 100 metres from hotel but much further so not suitable for elderly or infirm visitors. Room was superb.

No facilities of hotel provided with our stay, we asked for a coffee on the terrace and were told, they didn't serve it. We believe they had over stretched themselves with 2 large parties of American tourists staying.

Very good breakfast with both savory and sweet options. The whole place is very beautiful and romantic, with a huge garden at the back. We absolutely loved it there and we felt taken back into history.

Given its location in the countryside, it can be trickier to go out for dinner, especially after a long day touring the region. Whilst we did have a number of recommendations from the hotel, we never went out for dinner.

A delightful and peaceful hotel with welcoming friendly staff. We were upgraded to a better room which was a real treat. Very comfortable bed and great bathroom with a lovely rain shower. Kettle and fridge were handy for snacks and drinks. Breakfast was perfect and plentiful with fruit, yogurt, eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, meat, cheese, bread and pastries. We were able to keep our bikes safely in their storage/garage area. In warm weather there's a lovely outdoor area to enjoy an aperitif. There is a restaurant a 10 min walk away and other a 4km drive.

Absolutely fabulous! We had high expectations of Le Manoir and we were not disappointed! The setting of the hotel in Le Crepon was delightful, and our room and bathroom were beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was first-class with plenty of choice of fresh produce and pastries, supplemented by delicious freshly cooked omelettes. A really good start to the day. Cold drinks on the patio in the evening was a good end to the day, too! Staff were helpful and friendly, and able to offer good advice about the local area. Free, on-site parking was very convenient.

Loved it all. Hope to return!

Beautiful and relaxing. Exceptionally spacious room with huge armoire and chest, table and sofa. Lovely view from both sides onto entrance drive and gardens and at back the lawns and orchard. Very special ambience. Very good breakfast and the manager gave us a deal as we don’t eat a large breakfast. Good restaurant recommendations. We tried 3 of them going back to each as they were so good.

Would be nice to have coffee in the room. Room was cold the 2nd and 3rd nights but when we commented they gave us heaters in the room and bathroom which really helped. On sunny warmer days we had the windows open!

The hotel setting is lovely; like being in a park. Staff were fabulous and the room was spacious, as was the ensuite. Parking was easy. We were given a list of restaurants to try - we headed to the area near Juno Beach Courseulles-sur-Mer sur mer and had a lovely meal at Le Comptoir Crémaillère - which wasn’t on the list but it prob should be added to the list. 😊

Had to walk up a couple of flights of stairs to the room. We were getting used to this and we were able to leave some gear on the car which was useful.

It is located not far from some of the major D-day attractions in the middle of the beautiful Normandy countryside. Breakfast was great, tasty and sufficient choice. Staff was attentive and polite. The grounds are beautiful and the place is furnished in fitting style. Definitely would not hesitate to stay again in the hotel.

Our beds were single, quite narrow and mattress quite hard. Not a big thing though. All the rest was great and more then compensated it for it. :)

Fabulous breakfast. Superb location, quiet with beautiful gardens. It is like an old castle, so well maintained. The owner Isabelle is so friendly and kind. They have different type of room arrangements, some with kitchen but you will need to contact her directly for such options. We will definitely return and for longer this time. Great location to visit the war beaches of Utah Omaha Sword Gold and Juno.

Everything was just great

Nothing short of excellent in every regard-room, comfort, cleanliness, tranquility, staff, advice, location, breakfast, garden, parking, garage for our bikes, list of local restaurants etc, etc. We stayed four nights and enjoyed every minute. Thank you to Isabelle and all her colleagues. We hope to return in the future. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Nothing.

Best breakfasts we had in Normandy. Breads, pastries, eggs made to order, hard boiled eggs, chopped up fruits, coffee, tea, cheeses, meats, jams -- I know I'm forgetting a few things. Building exterior very rustic. Room had wood beams. A lot of French charm everywhere. All staff were very helpful.
