This is a lovely hotel in a great location right amongst the vines. The rooms were very comfortable and the communal areas - spa, pool and breakfast area and bar excellent. Breakfast was amazing, huge fresh pain au chocolate and croissants a highlight, but quite expensive so get an inclusive rate if you can. The little town of Eguisheim is absolutely stunning. What an amazing and beautiful place to stay. Loads of restaurants but worth booking the previous evening or in the morning if possible as it gets busy. We would definitely be back if we didn’t live so far away.

There was no safe in our room. Most of the rooms do have them. There was also a slight lack of power sockets. Otherwise perfect for us.

This is previously a small hotel near the vast vineyards in Eguisheim. It has undergone beautiful renovation and carefully thought to the very tiny details. If you are driving (most of the guests), you can parked in designated check-in parking infront of the hotel. As you get out from the car, its only few steps into the hotel lobby. After getting the room keys, you can drive your car into the gated property and park your car in the hotel basement. Despite being a small hotel, the parking is abundance and spacious. There a lift to all floors from the basement. Room is small but very comfy. All the rooms have wonderful views of either the vineyards, pool, garden or all. We skip the breakfast. The pool was heated and pleasant to swim even in early morning. Eguisheim is 10 mins pleasant stroll. You can always walk there at times when there are less tourists.

Third stay here, always memorable, and such a great location on the edge of the vineyards, and yet so close to the centre. Wonderful, friendly staff. Superb buffet breakfast. As early in the season and not many guests we had the pool/sauna area to ourselves. Luxurious. Comfortable bed, good shower. Plenty of storage in bathroom. Tea/coffee facilities in the room are always much appreciated and free water in the fridge. We slept very well and had a great time, thank you.

Our bathroom was in much need of updating, I am sorry to say. The tile grouting was old and worn, as also the vanity unit. Soap dispenser at the sink was empty and obviously didn't fit in its holder? Old towels, one toilet roll. A vanity mirror would be nice? Lack of sockets in the room.

Beautiful location and great spa! The room was spacious. I stayed in a 5 star hotel in the same region immediately afterwards and the James Vignoble’s spa was far superior in terms of comfort and luxury. The sauna is in a large wine barrel overlooking the vineyards. The staff were charming and helpful.

The breakfast was truly disappointing and a rip off at €20 per person. The reviews I read ahead of my stay said the same. I shouldn’t have given in to the sales pitch at the front desk. I come to France frequently and have never experienced such poor quality and sparse selection. I ever had to track down my own juice glasses and silverware.

Spa area and the firm mattress, the quality of breakfast.

The room was small and outdated including bathroom. Lack of sockets - to charge a phone you have ti pull out the switch of the light. Our room did not match the photos. The breakfast room is too small for the size of hotel, the tables are to close not enough space to move around them.

The pool area is very nice. The reception at arrival was good, and the parking is great. The staff had put out a (too small) doggy bed for our dog. The room was a nice size for us and our dog.

The shower in our bathroom had black slime that could have been mold. The shower corner was pretty small, and difficult to avoid the mold. We stayed here over christmas. During the holidays, everything nearby was closed, and the hotel does not have a dinner option. In the future, this region and hotel are better avoided during any national holidays

Pretty close to village of Eguisheim (few minutes walk) which can offer you many restaurants, wine producers and a real Alsatian vibe. The hotel's staff is very friendly, the outdoor swimming pool is very charming and the SPA was nice. We will definitely come back next year!

Although the breakfast was very good, it was quite expensive for what you get. Other than that, this hotel is a hidden gem!

The hotel has, I believe, undergone renovations over the years. We stayed in one of the older bedrooms - however it was a nice sized room overlooking the countryside. The bed was comfortable but with very uncomfortable pillows! It was lovely to have air conditioning. There was a small fridge. Our bathroom had an over bath shower! The breakfast/bar area and access to the pool were accessible by a lift. Breakfast was good with the usual variety of food on offer. There is a small car park under the hotel controlled by a barrier so a code is needed for access. It is only a short walk via a gentle slope down to the village.

It was disappointing that the bar was only open from 2pm until 8pm! They ran out of beer and cremant rose when we stayed! Unfortunately there isn’t anywhere to sit in the evening if you are back from dinner early. There was a charge for the car park

The location: 5-min walk from the centre of town. The room: spacious and nicely decorated. AC was a plus too. Details: water in the minibar, towels and flip flops for the pool, complimentary toiletries. Dog friendly 🙂

Some things in the room weren't great: - drain in the bathroom was blocked - socket near the bed didn't work/is faulty - curtain was loose / off rail - one chair was incorrectly assembled (leg was turned in instead of out) so it couldn't be used comfortably (Granted we forgot to share this information at check out)

Well located Hotel with a view on the vineyards, 500m away from the old center. Equipped with everything needed for our family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice SPA area with two clean pools, inside and outside. We love this place and definitely will come again. Thank you!
