I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful, friendly and patient. There was no problem with communication in English. The atmosphere was great. The breakfast was very varied and catered to everyone's needs. Products were very fresh, a large selection of baked goods, meats, cheeses, eggs. It was also possible to have a hot breakfast. Also juices, coffee, a large selection of teas. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, a room met our expectations. Easy transport connection with underground, and also with airport Paris ORLY.

After a long day of travelling and negotiating the Paris Metro I was tired and stressed when we arrived. A Polish woman on reception went out of her way to assist me and my children with working out the best way for us to reach Gare du Nord for an early Eurostar train by exploring the various options. We got there with plenty of time after a 15 minute walk to the nearest Metro station.

The hotel is quite far out of the city centre but is great value for money, comfortable and there is a bar with large screen television and television in room.

Location was ok, metro M7 is about 12mins walk through a very nice park. From there main Paris attractions like Louvre, Eiffel, Arc de Triomphe are easily reachable within 20-25mins. Lounge downstairs was nice, 24hrs bar. Paid parking underground.

Room size for 3 occupancy was really small, hardly could open a suitcase if the 3rd bed was used. The restaurant breakfast was just about ok - the quality of hot food (scrambled eggs and sausages) was poor. The restaurant manager didn’t stop anybody putting food in their bags but stopped us carrying a half eaten sandwich, and was ok for it to be thrown away in the bin instead. Lacked basic common sense tbh!

Nice staff, very helpful and welcoming. A very small but clean room and nice reception area. In the end you get what you pay for.

Very far from the meteo station, if the park is closed(after 5pm) it took us half an hour to get to the hotel in a very schetchy area. Breakfast is expensive and with very limited oprions, not worth it at all

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Good standard for a cheaper hotel in an expensive city. There is a secure car park which is reasonably priced. Very practical location for us when we were there visiting to see Chelsea women play Paris F,C women at the. Charlety Stadium which was located a couple of minutes walk away.

If travelling by car and using the car park, details on how to enter the car park could be explained on the booking page or sent before someone travels.

Cheap, efficient staff. Breakfast was reasonable. Within walking distance from public transport, though many trains speed through gentilly without stopping. Easy to commute to centre of paris and to CDG

The double beds are twins joined together so not that comfortable. Rooms are small but then prices are low. A couple of glasses in the room would be welcome.

Rooms were as described. It was really quiet, even Periferique is nearby. It's a nice budget hotel in case you need to stay in the area for a couple of days. Halloween decorations were fun.

Everything is by your room card. Want to use an elevator ?- the card, want to use stairs?- the card, want to use a toilet near reception?- the card! Toilets could stay without this, I think. Breakfast organisation is a bit awkward: you can't pay at the breakfast room entrance or say "put in on my room" - no, you have to return to the reception and pay it there before the use. Not convenient when you have kids. Parking entrance is behind a prohibiting sign with writing in French "except for locals". I did not feel local enough when I arrived... I felt disappointed. Parking payment is also not fully integrated in hotel system, that adds for the inconvenience.

Clean hotel, friendly customer agents, close to different facilities in Gentilly area and close to o a variety of public transport stations (which is really helpful, as we traveled a lot by bus or metro). Fast & friendly checkin (even if we arrived much later than we informed the hotel), clean room with all basic necessities, it is suitable for young people travelling or families, we even say elderlies appreciating the hotel. The location is far from Seine (however this is something you see from the start when book the hotel so it's not a cons), but we had a lot of fun walking to Montparnasse, Les Invalides, Pantheon, the catacombs of Paris or taking a metro for few station & after walking to the points we wanted to see & I definitely recommend this (if not, by bus/metro, medium time of travelling to a point is about 15-20 mins to a touristic point).

The room we were accommodated has not simple outlets (for phone chargers), only USB slots (which charges much slower a phone battery). As well, there were not outlets near bed, so we needed to use the one near window. However, this wasn't much of an inconvenient. As well there were only 2 towels for 2 people (daily changed by request), but we didn't ask for more (i am quite sure they can offer more towels if you request).

Comfy beds in the room, nice and clean too. Great buffet breakfast with very good coffee and tasty hot chocolate. Little bar downstairs for drinks, water fountain and vending machine for snacks if needed. 10 - 15 mins walk away from 2 different metro stations, one on the RER so easy to get to from the airport. The other on a line that goes straight to the Louvre, arc de.triomohe etc so great for sight seeing.

No kettle etc for coffee making in the room but it wasn't a big problem
