The hotel was beautiful, the room was big and as warm as you like, with a very comfy bed and chuncky bathrobes. Also there is a dedicated elevator going directly to their nice spa, which only hotel guests going to the spa use. So we could just put our bath robes on and go there directly and then directly back to our room undisturbed. It saves a lot of time and the bother of having to change at the spa. Also the staff was very nice. Also the location is perfect, just one quick and cheap train stop (5min ride) or 20 min walk away from Disneyland! The free shuttle service to and from the park can be handy.

The shuttle service to and from Disneyland is a great perk. It's just a shame it doesn't pick you up from Disneyland if you have travel luggage with you (like for example the day you arrive). Also it doesn't pick you up after 11pm, which is not ideal because the fireworks show in the park starts at 10pm. So it's easy to be past 11pm after you visit a last shop or even just walk through the crowd to the parking lot. Also, if you enjoy the fireworks (which are worth it, drones show included), the spa will be closed by the time you are back. Moreover, check how much your city tax will be (x day x person). When we booked in December it was shown at around 3 euros on booking.com but by the time we arrived in February it had rised to over 8 euros.

Excellent location in town centre and for Disneyland. Very nice modern hotel with great facilities. The free shuttle service to Disney was a nice surprise.

They should advise on their website that the pool restricts access for children to only 10am-12noon and 3pm-5pm. I have no issue with the hotel choosing to restrict access but it should advise guests more clearly before booking so an informed decision can be made. The 2 x two hour time slots available to kids each day are likely to fall in the time families would be at Disneyland so then the pool becomes inaccessible to kids for the stay which is a shame. Overall it is a very lovely hotel and this point wouldn’t prevent me from recommending it.

A racist female staff member. As we arrived late, around 21:20, from Disney Land, a female staff member was at the reception. They spoke to us rudely and later refused to let our bags from the storage room. After waiting for 1hr at the reception, being super tired, I saw he was helping other clients with the same request, but he only ignored us. When I confronted her, she finally agreed to help. I'd like the management to look back at 08/02 at 21:20 and find out why we had been treated this way.

A superb hotel in an amazing location. All perfect. Highly recommended for families with children going to Disney Paris. Their shuttle service works really well and you do not need to book or call them. We loved our stay, welcoming staff, the time for the kids in the swimming pool and the lovely breakfast.

1. I booked the family suite & it has 2 rooms & a sofa bed in the living room, and 3 bathrooms ! In addition to 2 mini kitchens. 2. The hotel offers free shuttle to/from the Disney Parks 3. The hotel is within walking distance (5 mins) from the mall & the outlet 4. Swimming pool was indoor 5. The A/C was cold 6. Value for money

1. The bathroom sink was rather small 2. Our room was located very close to the lifts & it was a bit noisy but likely there was a 2nd door between the bedroom and the main door & it was quite when closed during night.

What a lovely hotel. The room was really clean, bed was massive and so comfy. The pool/spa area was so relaxing. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. It’s in a great location for Disneyland and they offer a free shuttle to and from the park. There’s also lots of restaurants and a massive mall just around the corner. I would highly reccomend this hotel and we will certainly be back in the future!

Only one thing which was that all the tv channels were in French, it wasn’t too big of a deal since we had our iPad to watch stuff on anyway so we didn’t want to bother asking if you could get English channels

What a beautiful hotel. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling friendly staff. We rented a family suite, which was two adjoining rooms...one studio and a one bedroom unit. That meant 2 full size bathrooms, and 2 kitchens! Everything felt new, great terraces, comfortable beds, and top notch facilities. The front desk staff were awesome, answered questions, always trying to help and provide information. The pool and spa area are gorgeous, don't miss a swim or soak in the hot tub. Just keep in mind the limited hours when kids are also allowed if traveling with a family. A great perk was the transportation to disney. A quick stop at the concierge and a car (or van) was ready to drive our family directly to the park. And then at any time later, a call to the hotel to request a pickup, and usually within 10 minutes we had a ride directly back. All complimentary. Having the mall just a few minutes away, along with other shops and restaurants is super convenient if you're looking to spend time outside disneyland. It was a short 5 to 7 minute, flat walk from the RER station on arrival and departure as well, so really convenient coming from or getting back to Paris. Even with suitcases in tow. Great price and amazing value. Just felt like pure luxury!

Nothing not to like about this aparthotel. Compared to other nearby non disney owned properties, this one may not appear to be as family oriented with theme etc, but is cleaner, newer, and easier than any of them!

This is our hotel of choice for visits to Disneyland & this was our third time staying there. I love this hotel!!! It is better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & very clean. The amenities are great. The best part is the lovely location & the shuttle to Disneyland. It is always available & we never had to wait. Even in the pouring rain a shuttle was waiting to bring us back one evening. The staff are generally very friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel!!

Unfortunately there was a time where the staff member at the concierge desk was a bit rude. I requested assistance with calling a taxi & was told that the service is reserved for certain guests. I have never had that issue in the previous times I stayed at the hotel. This time we stayed in a room that had the kitchenette in the bedroom. This was the first time we had this & I prefer the rooms where the kitchenette is in the hallway. One morning we had housekeeping knocking on the door twice, despite the fact that there was a “do not disturb” sign on the door.

Location to Disney Land was amazing, only a 5 min drive. Overall, the shuttle service was excellent, running from 9am until 1030pm. Room size and facilities were very good. The bed was huge! Room cleaned and serviced everyday.. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool, sauna and steam room were also a bonus and a welcome break from the park.

Access to the hotel was limited and confusing due to the road works at the front. Once finished I'm sure it will look amazing. Although the shuttle service was excellent, set timings and a bigger bus(s) would be better as you may have to wait until the next bus if they were full. Room needed a few repairs ie radiator was loose and cupboards doors needed re-alinging. . Despite my observations, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The staff was very kind and hospitable. They were doing a great job giving you the best experience possible.

- Opening times for kids for the swimming pool. Really awkward that the swimming pool is open from 9:30 to 11:30 and from 14:30 to 16:30 for kids and outside these times adults only. People come here to go to Disneyland with their family. I find it a really strange decision to have such restricted opening times for kids. - The kitchenette is very badly equiped. No cooking utensils, cooking plate didn't work. Had to go downstairs to open my beer bottle. That could be improved with little trouble.
