We really loved our room with a private jacuzzi outside. It really made our evenings. Also great place to stay if you have a dog (rooms have very good isolation). Nice to have your own space where you can cook but of course you need to be ready that it is not cleaned every day and you would need to take care of washing dishes and taking out garbage etc Location is nice if you have a car, you can visit so many fantastic places around.. Otherwise, would be quite challenging.

We were surprised that the room price didn't include coffee and tea. Tea was provided for one day. Coffee machine was there but no coffee capsules at all, even one. Apparently it is a family hotel (maybe it was mentioned somewhere but we got too excited about jacuzzi so we didn't pay attention to this information). There were a lot of kids everywhere (breakfast, dinner, swimming pool...) impossible to relax or eat. We would recommend a room with the jacuzzi but not having breakfasts or dinners at the place.

This was our second stay in this place, we like it, as it is very close to Colmar, it has a swimming pool and the kids love it. We were very impressed the first time, as it was extremely clean.

The person that did the cleaning of the bathroom was a bit sloppy, as there was hair around the sink, an old shampoo bottle left on the door of the shower from the previous guest probably. But the most annoying part was that they doubled the price for the Pfingstferien, which was not very nice. On any other weekend or coming holidays, they keep the regular price...

Perfect self contained apartment, easy to park although not directly outside the apartment if that’s important. Had everything we needed to cater for ourselves. Bed was comfortable and shower good. Each apartment, either ground or first floor has an outdoor area with table/chairs. Feels isolated but Only a 10 minute drive to Colmar.

WIFI was unpredictable and not always possible to get on. The signal wasn’t ‘better’ at reception or a certain area it just seemed to be dependent on how many people were on

We stayed for only one night, to rest on our road trip to Switzerland. We arrived late and it was super foggy. It was difficult for us to locate the apartments. The staff communicated where and how we can get the keys to our apartment. The apartment was very good and clean. We cooked our food as it was too late to find a place to eat. We can see that there is a swimming pool. There were some groups having a party on the other building but we didn’t mind it and we can’t hear their noise inside. We made sure we cleaned as much as we can before leaving. We didn’t have time to empty the dishwasher but we left the apartment tidy and neat.

I suggest to install reflective directions or signs as the apartment is inside a neighbourhood and it can be difficult to find at night.

Really nice apartment styles with kitchenettes and balconies. Also has restaurant on site too. Loved that it had a pool with various jets and fountains. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding after long day of doing biking and hiking in area. In addition nice sauna. Would have liked to use massage but needed more time to book in advance. Lovely massage services at pool site. Next time. Definitely will come back. Close to bike trails as purpose of our trip.

Nothing to complain about

We like the structure divided into apartments, the room was enough big and the kitchen ok. Nice position in Alsace.

Swimming pool water temperature was cold for us, the room has not enough wardrobe and we keep bags in the corridor. WC was without a window and air re-circulation was not OK. Considering there is a swimming pool, a bath robe is mandatory, we found only tovels.

We spent a weekend there with the family for a reunion with friends. The apartments are nice and - while nothing special - really have everything you need for a short stay, and are clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the pool area seemed very inviting from a quick look (unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy it). Also, the price is quite affordable.

It seems the breakfast room (and also the adjacent restaurant) are really optimized for large groups. Every evening we saw 3-4 busses pull in, and I was just glad not to be there when those groups had breakfast. If you arrive after them, the empty breakfast room seems strange, and has the charm of a hospital canteen. One evening we went to the restaurant where the staff seemed completely overwhelmed with the more than 100 guests. So you better try to avoid the crowds. Also, I would have wished for the staff to be a bit more attentive, and not put a family with a small kid and a baby on the first floor without elevator

Peaceful spot, nice outdoor seating area, great staff, and functional kitchen for the size of it (no oven though if you are hoping for one). The apartment was in nice condition and we had no noise issues as we had read others complaining about. Very quiet (and we had both side and upstairs neighbours) and a pleasant stay.

It would be so helpful if the very basics in the kitchen, like oil and salt, were provided. It is so wasteful to buy it to use once or twice. The sofa bed says it is suitable only for a child, and our 5 year old slept fine on it, but it could certainly use an upgrade at some point. As a sofa, no problems. We were happy to hear about the kids playground but the trampoline is busted (our son LOVES trampolines and he spent about one minute on it) and the rest of the playground consists of two horses on springs for very little kids.

The apartment is very well furnished. Kitchen has all the itens you need, Nespresso coffee machine. The bed is very good, the shower is also very good. The breakfast is good, lots os options, breads and etc. The place is 10 minutes by car from Colmar, but if you search for a quiet place, it's perfect. Colmar is a city with a lot of places to eat and drink.

The pool and trampoline for kids were great, the sauna for adults, clean and soundproofed rooms.

No towels/bathrobs for pool, even for the kids, even with extra payment. The pool is in a separate building, strongly recommend these extra towels even for a bigger room price. It is inadmissible just one towel per person for bath for 4 days, it cannot be the same for sauna and pool.
