Everything was perfect I really enjoyed there, staff were highly qualified , the view , service , everything was perfect and sure i will come again and again

I don’t know if this is happened to me only or not or if this is there mistake or not but it really bother me 😔 Always when i do check out from any hotel the deposit return to credit after few min sometimes in few sec but in this hotel I don’t know why it takes long time , i am talking about days not hours , so if you pay the deposit maybe you will get it back at end of your trip maybe + it’s so so high 😔 comparing with others i am talking about 400 euro, so when you pay it consider it gone from your holiday budget I mean don’t depend on it

The place is simply fantastic, lots of different activities are available (golf, tennis, water skiing, biking, walking, in-house cinema and snooker table), the jacuzzi lodge was amazing, we enjoyed very much both restaurants at the lodge, the breakfast and the fantastic lay out and various plants and trees

the only small thing which could be improved is at the Garden Restaurant, the dish was a bit small and we could have had a little more to eat. For our dog, we expected that included in the price would include dog food like we have seen in other 5 star hotels, strange that there were no Swiss TV channels though we, as Swiss, live just a few kilometres away close to the border...

Everything was perfect ! The hotel has so much to offer in terms of facilities, large beautiful bedrooms, pet friendly, pool, private cinema etc. However, the most impressive part of all is the attentiveness of the entire team. Everyone is so friendly, professional and very attentive in making sure each guest is well looked after. I went there to relax and I got exactly what I needed thanks to all the amazing staff. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to have a relaxing holidays in a beautiful hotel.

The view exceptional and Beautiful ,Great breakfast , Relaxing Resort , friendly staff specially the Tunisian lady ( Sofia hope I write her name correct ) she was very nice and friendly .. Notice : it’s a bit isolated place so you will be enjoying the relaxing and the quite and facilities ( SPA , Cinema, Gold,Pool..etc)

It’s not that I didn’t like but it would nice if the improve it 1- There is 2 restaurants in the resort one French and one Italian .. fine dining experience ( tried the Italian it was Great ) .. I would love if they include something more simple /international as bounce for the place .. or to add more dishes to the menus .. 2- almost 90% of the outdoor is for Golf so you only have to walk around the resort to be safe from the golf course! I want to be enjoying the nature not walking next to the fence 😅

The property is absolutely stunning. Gorgeous design and impeccable craftsmanship. It’s a resort that offers something for everyone in the family.

It would be great if the resort offered some kids entertainment in the kids playroom in the evening, so parents can enjoy a bit of the resort by themselves. The facilities are there, they are just missing a person to facilitate this.

Breakfast was very poor. No berries. No fresh hot meal. Average coffee. No information about facilities from the staff. The food in Italian restaurant is ridiculously poor. Average pizza. French restaurant, I wasn’t informed in advance, was closed for dinner. So I was dissatisfied.

I was pleased by the outstanding experience with the hotel's comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The highlight is its cool spa center, where we can relax, especially with the option to book a private Nordic sauna. The staff members are attentive and contribute to a fantastic stay, making it an excellent choice for those seeking both luxury and comfort.

We loved everything about our stay at Jiva. When you drive through the gates of the gorgeous property you immediately feel like royalty. The staff are so warm and helpful. There are endless activities (golf, tennis, pools, spa, cycling) and the rooms are beautifully decorated with all the facilities you might need. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay so special (especially Matthew), hopefully we will be back again.

One area for improvement is the breakfast offering which is overpriced at 30 eur pp

Everything was great. The service, prices, the room. Very tidy and comfortable. The food was wonderful too. When we were leaving, we received cool metallic bottles.

The only reason why I put 9/10 was a nuisance that our family experienced in the hotel. In one room the remote control for a TV, which is located in a bathroom, wasn’t working properly and we couldn’t use it. In a second room a phone wasn’t working and I had to ask for a help. Finally, a pen was absent. It’s a very small thing, but when I came to the room at midnight and wanted to fill a breakfast paper in order to have it in the room in the morning, I found out that there is no pen. Maybe these things will look like as a cavil, but I personally think that for such high price we shouldn’t face these small things. We will definitely come back here soon cause we loved the place and probably it won’t be a single visit of the hotel.

We lived in a suite, a very large room, great layout and overall the room was beautiful. very comfortable bed, very friendly staff.

We arrived and checked in late, around 10 p.m. There was only one girl at the reception, there was no one to meet and help with luggage. very tasty Italian restaurant. The lamp in the bedroom did not work
