Room was spotlessly clean, comfy beds, air-conditioning was super good and breakfast was excellent - fresh croissants, bread, juice and coffee. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Sounds like not a big deal - but the bathroom had a door, bucking the trend for weird open plan bathrooms. Shower was powerful with shampoo and bodywash supplied.

Carrying a suitcase up 4 flights of stairs was...a workout. Neighbourhood is a little sketchy. Wifi did not work and TV didn't connect either. No bottled water in rooms.

Perfect location close to the train station and the center of town, amazingly quiet! Comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. All modern and clean. Very pleasant staff and excellent instructions for check-in and check-out. Really nice breakfast with fresh croissants and whatever you want for a good healthy start of the day. I can only recommend for a short or longer stay...moreover Le Mans is a very interesting town!

Nothing, ervything was perfect.

I wasn't expecting such a nice breakfast, it was a nice surprise. The room although quite small was of a very good quality and standard.

There is only space for 2 cars in the garage and although I had booked a space my car wouldn't fit, it was too long. Perhaps putting a note to say what the maximum length that a car can be would be useful. (unless it already did and I missed it!) As we stayed on a Sunday night most restaurants in the area were closed and as the reception is not manned there was no-one to ask for suggestions. Perhaps a map of restaurants that are open could be left in the room.

Very central location. Useful to have the use of a garage (two spaces available, Euro 15 per night). Breakfast is nice and simple and delicious. Pierre has found an excellent baker whose baguettes and croissants are very good. Just that and some good coffee is all you need.

There was a minor difficulty in that the optimal connection with the hotel is via the Internet. We don't have WiFi roaming on our phones so this didn't work. However, we were given the necessary information to check in by text/SMS. They were also waiting for us to make sure we had no problems checking in.

We liked how modern and minimalist the hotel was and still had everything needed. The in-person check in was much appreciated and so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the warm croissants for breakfast out on the little deck.

The check in process was confusing as there were numerous emails beforehand that were unclear to us. Parking and check in times were not communicated before our arrival in LeMans and would have alleviated stress. The reliance on emails and apps can be challenging to older or inexperienced travellers

It's a bit impersonal to arrive at a hotel and not have any one at reception. The hotel provides access codes so it's quite easy to get into the room, but it's also nice to have someone there when arriving in a new place.

Beautiful room, easy electronic check in process. Comfy bed, powerful shower and everywhere was really clean. We met the manager and he was really friendly. Kettle with a selection of hot drinks was really welcomed, as was the wonderful breakfast provided upstairs. Really lovely place, wish we could have stayed longer.

Very comfortable and stylish, with awesome shower. There is a fab little breakfast room that is open 24hrs with drinks, snacks and more. The owner couldn’t have been anymore welcoming, and laid a lovely breakfast table for us before we set off on our long journey south!

Rooms are on the small side but it really doesn’t matter.

We had a room on the top floor, which meant that we had access to the breakfast room and balcony right beside us – a lovely spot to have breakfast (and also a glass of wine in the evening). The location was good, 15 mins from the train station, and about the same to the old town.

The room was a bit small, but that didn't really affect us as we were only there for a couple of days.

Very new and clean hotel in a quiet street close to the train station in Le Mans. Very nice owners. Fresh breakfast with different choices.

When the sofa is converted to a bed for the 3rd person, the room becomes rather crowded. But for 1 or 2 persons there will be enough space and leg room.
