close to Flandre station and city centre. For that price it was fine, even if not everything perfect.

homeless people near the entrance to the hotel asking everytime for money were quite disturbing, i was l afraid of them. The choice for breakfest was full only untill 8, after that the staff didn't care to refill, only when asked. No water, no bread, no cheese. a hairdryer didn't work, i had to ask for an additional one.

location is practical and central, very close to the old town and the station. staff very helpful and welcoming.

just the street is not welcoming with people sleeping in the doorways leading to it and others who look 'high' passing by breakfast, was ok but no breakfast tea available, what was labelled as Assam was a green tea, the water was not hot enough.

The hotel is well situated. The heating was good. The room was clean.

Parking! It's not specified that the parking places in the hotel's garage are limited and that it is not possible to reserve it in advance. When we came the receptionist told us that there's no available parking place. :( After almost one hour of looking for some parking, we finally found it in the public garage for 25 euros (from 17h - 12h next day, not even 24h).

It was close to the center, all attractions are close by with walking distance

Parking was challenging. The car park next to the hotel was full during my whole trip.

Location for parking and the Braderie was great and the staff every smiling and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. We did not have breakfast but the fixed menu for lunch was great!

The lifts were a little slow and we were in 424.......no problem as it kept us fit!

Our room was clean, tidy, roomy. Close to the Lille Flanders train station which was very helpful to us as we travelled by train. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

There was no photo of the shower on the website. There was a step up into the shower, no grab rails. It is not a walk in shower like the Ibis Lille

The bed was not so convenient to sleep. There were not many plugs to charge our devices and there were not enough towels to wash so we had to ask every day

Some rooms are very noisy, you can hear the noise of a motor It is a pity there are no longer plates on which you can put everything dishes bread etc...

This hotel is super close to both main train stations in Lille, as well as the metro line. The hotel is also close to many great restaurants (as well as there being a restaurant on-site) and a very short walk from a mini supermarket. The room was super clean and was air conditioned. The staff were lovely also.

The staff was very helpful ! They were professional and polite and beyond the call of duty to help us with some issue we had with our train. Thw room was clean and the bed comfortable. Although we were in the city centre we heard no noise from the street once the window was shut.
