Everything was perfect. Location is easy to find on foot from Lille Flanders Station even with an 8 year old. Staff helpful, especially Luis who checked is in with ease and early, he then gave advice on the area. Bertille (sorry if spelling is wrong) ordered us a taxi for in the morning and was more than helpful. The family room was comfortable with a good shower. The breakfast had a good variety and suited my families needs. The aforementioned taxi arrived on time and took us to Lille Europe Train Station without any worry to ourselves.

Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice; everything tasted very fresh. The staff are very friendly.

Personally I found the pillow too firm and slept without. Also, my bed’s mattress topper was much narrower than the mattress itself so I was not very comfortable. It was ok for a couple of nights; had we stayed longer I would have asked for different bedding. On arrival there was no shower gel in the dispenser, but it was refilled the next morning.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no kettle in the room, but we asked for one at the reception and they gave one to us at no additional cost. It was a pleasant stay.

When we checked in, we got a key to a room which was not cleaned yet. There were used towels in the bathroom and the bed was a mess. However, the issue was resolved quickly and we got a different room which was clean and ready. No major issues.

The staff was really helpful even after the stay when I needed some help with the invoice for the room because it was a work trip for me. Didn't have the opportunity to try out breakfast but the times they provided were really good for any kind of stay.

There were some renovations taking place next to our room which was quite noisy, but most of the stay was during the weekend so it wasn't that big a deal.

Nice hotel in a quiet area, but only 10 minutes of walking to Lille Flandres railway station. Room was OK, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was tasty with freshly baked bread and pastries

Breakfast could have been more varied - particularly for hot meals. The scrambled eggs looked and tasted like some kind of porridge, and there was nothing else as a hot meal. Also bothering me that the toilet, when flushing the water, threw some water drops around - the flush was like too powerful.

Friendly staff, clean and quite.

The air conditioning was set by the reception to warm and they didn't allow to change it to cold. It was very warm in the bedroom and had to sleep with open window

I was surprised at first when they explained to me that although the room is for 2 people to sleep, the 2nd person has to pay extra for breakfast! I feel this was not clear when booking online. Finally we did not buy the breakfast for the 2nd person, just mentioning it for the future clients, I suggest you to make it clear when booking. Also, not very comfortable bathroom.

We had a very comfortable stay, it is convenient for the city and they offer a great buffet breakfast and you can get a hot drink anytime downstairs. The bar is nice and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I also think it is good there is a plug-in heater and no kettle in rooms to help save power.

it's really good value for money - the room i had was a really good size, bed was really comfy, and the breakfast was really extensive with lots of choice!

I guess the only downside is that it's not right in the action - it's only a 15 mins walk from the centre so not a big issue.

The staff. The staff was really welcoming and spoke perfect English. And I liked that I could eat something in the evening. Don’t expect fantastic stuff but it is nice to have the option. Also for an Ibis the bathroom was really nice!
