Great location. Right in the centre. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very well equipped with everything you need.

We were on the top floor (6th floor) with one very tiny lift. Not a huge problem but if I were to stay again I’d definitely ask for an apartment on one of the lower levels. Also despite requesting the service we were unable to arrange leaving our suitcases in the baggage store on the day of our departure which was a shame. We tried to contact the manager to arrange it but on the day there was no one around to take our bags.

The remote reception system was excellent and really responsive. Same for staff onsite. Really well kitted out and comfortable overall. Worked well for 5 adults with 3 spacious bedrooms and a good size kitchen living room and dining area. Lots of towels provided and well equipped kitchen area.

We had the windows open because the property does not have air con and there were a lot of mosquitos which we were not expecting in November. We had expected 2 bathrooms to mean 2 toilets, but there was only 1 toilet. Which was Ok but a slight surprise. There were two shower rooms. The ensuite could have done with a rubber broom to dry the floor as it was a wet room. The usual problem with wet room floors not drying properly. The property would benefit from air con particularly in the warm weather. The main bedroom did not have a wardrobe, but there was lots of space in the front hall cupboard and a place to hang clothes in the main bedroom. This bedroom would benefit from some drawers, perhaps as bedside tables?

The location and property amenities were spot on- within 5 minutes walking distance of the main square and 7 minutes from the Eurostar station. The apartments were surprisingly well laid out and spacious, near enough identical likeness to the photos.

My only qualm was the lack of AC although fans were provided (not enough for each bedroom though). Equally, this meant that in the heat we left windows open for a breeze which in turn was problematic with mosquitos in the evening. One of our party was bitten like 15 times on one arm while sleeping- this needs to be addressed in some shape or form

The location was perfect - 8 min walk from the Lille Europe station and literally across the road from Lille Flandres Station. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with all kitchen essentials. The gentleman who welcomed us upon arrival was super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable in all three rooms. The apartment was secure and we felt safe. There was excellent communication prior to our arrival via text giving us all the information we needed to prepare us for our arrival.

One of the windows had been left open on our arrival. This had led to mosquitoes being present in the apartment. However the suites manager fixed it within minutes of us reporting it. I think the apartment would greatly benefit from an air conditioning unit.

*Central location - easy walk from Lille Europe and Lille Flandres train stations. *Modern, well-equipped apartment with 3 double rooms. *2 front rooms overlooking Gare Lille Flandres were bright and airy. *Comfy beds and plenty of good storage space. * 1 shower room and one en suite shower room. *Toilet was separate. *Close to shops, restaurants, places of interest etc. *Great communication from Anouar pre arrival. *Met by Anouar and the lovely Sandrine who made sure that we had everything we needed.

* The ensuite room overlooking the central courtyard was a bit dark and had loads of mosquitos. This was probably due to the decking area below being wet and humid. We were badly bitten and had to buy plug-in mosquito repellant devices and keep the window closed despite it being much too warm.

We liked the staff member ( Anouar) who met us and made sure everything was taken care of, including looking after our luggage before and after check in and check out times. Communication was excellent and access was easy. We liked the very comfortable beds and the lovely bed linen. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.

We mentioned to Anouar that it would be good to have mirrors in the bedrooms located near electrical sockets for using the hairdryer etc. At present there are no mirrors near sockets. Just a small thing.

The apartment was very nice and very clean. Extremely convenient to the train station and to see the sights in Lille. The .staff was excellent in getting us checked in and set up.

There is alot of pedestrian noise because it's close to the train station but not overwhelming. There are shared clothes washing and drying machines that are small. It beats having nothing, but from the Booking description I thought they were stackables in the apartment.

The property located in very good location the city. It is easy access to many tourist attractions. It’s clean, comfortable, big space. It’s great deal to stay with the group for 6 people ( there have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.)

We have some problems about finding parking lots nearby which is full, very expensive. I checked on internet before we came that we should reserved it in advance. however some reviews said this way doesn’t work good with the system, and they ends up to pay double onsite. So we decided not to do. We spent more than 30 minutes to find the parking lot which is 20 minutes walk from the property. During the stay, there has the construction next door, so some noise are bothered us from time to time. And the last one is just some language barrier to communicate with the staff of the property. But they are helpful.

Location great, good space for 4 adults, facilities very good - e.g. coffee machine & pods. Excellent value for money. Kindly allowed late check out at no extra cost. Would happily return and recommend to others.

As other reviewers have noted, it's not made clear that there is only one toilet in the apartment. There is really no comfortable place to sit in the living area, e.g. to watch television. Younger adults could use the low down couch, but us older adults (60+) were not able to cope with it.

Light and bright, modern decor. Loved the large  windows that we opened to let in the city sounds and fresh air. The beds were very comfortable. High-quality bedding and extra large fluffy towels. Fully equipped kitchen. Large dining table & comfy chairs. The location is in the middle of everything and there are two train stations within a short walk. Host Edgar was very responsive, usually within moments. We would stay here again. Highly recommend!

The couch was low/short which made it hard to get up from though it was otherwise very comfortable.
