I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eliseo in Our Lady of Lourdes, and I am delighted to give this hotel a glowing five-star review! My experience was exceptional thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure my visit was joyful and comfortable. A special thank you to Andrew at the reception, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for my stay, and to the friendly and kind Severin at the reception, whose attention to detail was remarkable. Brigitte at reception was a true gem—always welcoming, kind, and ready to assist with a smile. Frederick provided outstanding service at the bar, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Tiziana at the restaurant made dining a delight with her exceptional hospitality, and Kristina, who was housekeeping, ensured my room was spotless and cosy throughout my stay. Each of these outstanding individuals added a personal touch that made my visit unforgettable. Their dedication to excellence and genuine guest care sets Hotel Eliseo apart. Clean and nice

In the bathroom, a part was broken and open which lowered the standard

This hotel and its facilities were extremely comfortable. The cleanliness was also of high standard and the best thing about it was the air conditioned rooms and hallways which were a constant relief when coming in from the summer heat outside. Proximity to the grotto area was also very convenient.

There was nothing that I can say I didn't like. Maybe it would have been convenient if the dinner time was a bit longer since we had wanted to eat at the hotel but were a bit late. Some assistance with day excursions would also have been welcome.

The room is very good, a big space. The location is very good, very close to the sanctuary and city center. 15 minutes walking from Lourdes train station. Breakfast is very good also, with a few options for a perfect and efficient one. The staff was very helpful and attentive to the guests, we even had recommendations about the city. The restaurant's staff was also very pleasant. I went with my mother and my friend for the toussant's holiday, we stayed two nights.

All was excellent, including the location.

It looks like I was charged £42.40 Ref 55658977 for a taxi supposed to pick me up at Lourdes airport but never did.After waiting for 45 minutes I had to make my own arrangement with a Lourdes company and was told that the company originally booked did not operate in Lourdes. Regarding my trip to Florence,I was called by a Taxi driver waiting for me at Florence airport 4 days after my return!I am appalled that my complaint / querry was not addressed...What on earth is going on? is my transfer a company linked to your?

Perfect location, very good breakfast, parking on site.

The hotel is just few steps from the busy area which is perfect. You can reach the sanctuary within 5mins walk.

The paid parking was not recommended as it was way too far from the hotel and is not covered (you can find a covered parking nearby with less price). They have garage that was 20€/d which was not explained to us even when I asked months in advance about the reservation of the parking.

Love this hotel, although it's difficult to locate at first. Once you know where it is located, you will love that it is on a quieter side and it is less than 5 minutes' walk from the entrance of the Santurary. I love the room as it is newly renovated. Even the window, railing, and the floor of the terrace are spotlessly clean. The room is generous in size, toiletries, air-con, and wifi both worked fantastically. Special mention that the bedsheet n pillow cases are ironed. The little gift shop is mended by a lively French/Italian lady. She is warmth, caring, and doesn't hard sell at all. Unfortunately, I didn't get to say fairwell to her as she was off on Sat, the day I check-out.

Just one point: hopefully, the hotel will be changing the towels soon. The towel looks and feels like dry leaves. The fibres had no life after years of use.

Our family room was on the top floor and had two levels, which was great. The kids had their own upstairs room with the bathroom. The breakfast was in the beginning a bit confusing with many different breakfast areas for different groups, but once you knew which room/area to go to, it was fine. The breakfast buffet selection was good and was constantly refilled by the staff. The hotel is located next to the main cathedral in Lourdes. But for us it was a good base to explore the Pyrenees. The hotel has a car park.

Very busy during breakfast and dinner times

Facilities were good. The bar and reception areas were comfortable and the bar staff were pleasant. Lifts were very efficient.

The hot food at breakfast. The scrambled egg was somewhat unfortunate and unappetising. The gluten free range could be more creative. E.g. the g/f bread was not wonderful and I accept it's not easy but Carrefour has a line of g/f bread that is of higher standard. It might be worth providing a g/f muesli or cereal at breakfast. It's not difficult to source.
