Lovely manager at the reception counter. There was a younger employee who told us we needed to change rooms when we asked to extend our stay, and move into a smaller one, but the manager immediately realised the employee had made a mistake and arranged for us to stay in the same room, going out of her way to help us and make us comfortable. Very clean sheets and towels, very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Short walk to the Sanctuary and main restaurants and shops. Good hotel parking for 7 euros per day.

The wi-fi was extremely slow, and got disconnected every couple of minutes.

- very informative receptionist - secured paid parking, allowed us to stay after check out - walking distance to all attractions and restaurants - highly recommend the night procession (very easy to get to!) - able to cook but some of the appliances (I.e. pots) you need to pay a deposit. - air conditioned - beds are comfortable. - offer breakfast if wanted for an extra fee

- late check in time and early check out from normal - reception is closed until check in time (4pm) - quite an old property but expect from the area however very clean.

I came to Lourdes 2x a year , and we stayed in Villa Mariale with a large group like it is because of a great location, complete kitchen amenities ,dish free , and electric kettle. Comfortable, clean,soundproof, excellent housekeeping, and friendly staff. Accessible to supermarkets ,shops, restaurants , Pharmacy ,taxi, and near buses stop. On time bus service from and going to Lourdes airport. The reception will help you to get the bus time service or if you need taxi telephone number. Villa Mariale is centrally located not far from the Lourdes Grotto by short walk. Well done Florence, thank you, Villa Mariale, for your great service. I recommended it to anyone wishing to visit Lourdes.

Really nice apartment for a good price! It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The staff were really nice and always willing to help! At a 6 min walking distance from the basilica, there is also a bus stop for the airport literally outside of the building

Wifi was off during our whole stay, they said it was a technical issue and were trying to resolve it, they also apologized for it which I do appreciate, but nonetheless it is not so nice to not be able to connect to it.

Hotel is located near the Airport Shuttle bus stop - just a minute to go. Also very close to the Grotto and restaurants. Staff very helpful - we had some problems what was solved very fast, also had help with directions, they let us to store our luggage after check out.

We had electricity cut off and fridge was leaking.

Really good We do not wish for luxury - especially for that price - but it was more than Adequate. Great value for money Lovely friendly receptionists - the lady when we arrived upgraded us - that was really kind of her and very much appreciated - especially as we had not requested it Very quiet room Blackout curtains - conducive to sleep Lovely weather which added to our lovely experience of Lourdes

I really liked this hotel, the recepcionist Tess was very friendly and kind, the room was very good, clean, comfortable. The hotel is near everything in Lourdes, I recommend it! My suggest it's about breakfast, I think they could add cheese and eggs or something else. But the foods they served were very good.

Small problem for me entering bath tub and shower but I probably should have asked for more accessible room . No fault to establishment. All very good

- Excellent location, close to the church and restaurants. - Wonderful staff, helped with the taxi to the airport on our way back. - They looked after our luggage after the checkout without any extra cost.

Blankets can be better like what we see in the pictures. But it's not that bad.
