The suite was excellent - very spacious with a balcony and amazing sea views, overlooking the swimming pool. Lighting was great and the bathroom was large with bath and shower. It was very clean. The pool and other facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, changing room, showers, etc.) were great too!

The breakfast was good but for €24 you would expect more variety of hot foods. A couple of the staff were unfriendly, however the language barrier (we don't speak french) might have been a reason for this. All in all, it's a beautiful hotel, fairly priced and worth a stay.

Wasn't clean when we first arrived after Labour Day, which is potentially understandable. The clean the day after was absolutely spotless however Very spacious + generous / useful amenities including bathroom Bluetooth speaker Very comfy beds 😀 Especially at night, the room is very attractive with a lot of ambient lighting included - nice! Incredible views including the Ferris Wheel, Horse Racetrack, mountains, and beach Location isn't in the main area, but that's what we preferred - highly accessible to travel options including ubers / taxis and buses

Room and hallways smelt slightly damp / of cigarette smoke Balcony chairs/table could use a refresh Our key cards malfunctioned at least twice, when trying to use the spa / gym and elevator on our second day of staying

The pool is great! Quite big (10 m?), lots of sun beds and chez longs/umbrellas, a bar and secluded by palm trees. The daily room service included a full change of all towels, gowns, slippers and beddings. The staff were always very accommodating and attentive. The breakfast spread was good, particularly the bread selection.

The level of finish throughout the hotel is not up to scratch: deformed lock frames, some door frames are worn at the bottom, the shower holder in our room was not holding the shower head which was falling onto our head from time to time chipping the bath. We spotted a cockroach in the swimming pool toilets adjacent to the kitchen back doors. The fruit salad was slightly sour more than fresh. The selection of hot food wasn't very varied (typically eggs and bacon + 2 types of pancakes). Some porridge would be nice, but perhaps, it's not a french thing.

It is a new (or renovated) hotel that looks amazing! Interior design is perfect, modern but natural style. They paid attention to every detail. We got an upgrade to a superior room with terrace and big bathroom with it’s own terrace and both shower and bath. It was stunning. Room was equipped with iron, which is very important to me. They have also big parking garage under the hotel (against fee).The beach is in 5min walk distance. City center is in ca. 20 min Uber ride distance (ca. 20 eur one way).

Facilities were excellent and our room was lovely and very comfortable. Black out blinds were a big bonus. Building work happening whilst we were there but it didn't disrupt our stay at all. Breakfast was delicious also with lots of options. Area was nice and felt quieter and more relaxing than the centre of Marseille. Went to Le Petit Jardin which is nearby after we saw a recommendation on here for dinner and it was fantastic! Would definitely recommend! Hotel pool overlooks the race course which was exciting seeing the horses go by whilst sunbathing.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel. Would just like to say for travelers from other countries that some level of French is a must. We found very few people spoke any English in the area (even at the hotel) and so it made some parts of our stay challenging, despite being able to speak some French ourselves.

Staffs were very respectful and helpful, Rooms were very clean and spacious and I had a Balcony direct to the beach , just 8min on foot to the beach, Breakfast was fantastic, only that veggies were not on the buffet, I asked the staffs and I was giving the veggies I requested. I definitely enjoyed my stay. Beautiful experience and will definitely visit again. Thank you

I loved LOVED the maids. I left all my passports, money and other valuables and came back, they stored it all for me. Please give those maids a pay rise.

For the money they charge, its as good as it gets. One complaint that I would make is they rarely answer phone calls. I called them on 5 instances and waited up to an hour and the call would drop out.

The hotel is very well located and was just perfect for my travel and reason I come to marseille visiting the racetrack borely to see my horses running . As well I was close to several Restaurant the sport beach is fantastic place !

In my room the shower pressure was not enough and at the pool the first days was the shower very warm and hot water only poolside . In the room the water at the shower was as well not possible to turn cold . But ok .

I like the venue, the location and the room all facilities were great

I didn't like that twice when returning to the room the balcony door was open.

We had a room with sea view and terrace, the pool was a great surprise, and the pool bar was great as well. The staff were very friendly and the property is located close to many things that you can walk to

one night on the outdoor patio for dinner there was a very persistent rat that kept coming onto the patio. One of the staff finally took a broom and ran him off
