Small, clean and quiet hotel. It’s very close to the port and the area is very walkable during the day. The breakfast was very simple but nice. The staff was helpful in answering questions.

It was noisy outside at night. When the day tourists leave, the neighborhood seems to change. We couldn’t to get the air conditioning cool enough to sleep with the heavy comforter. No top sheet as is typical in Europe.

The Hotel is at the center of the Vieux Port where all the bustling things happen. The location is amazing, with an amazing port view(from the balcony, so not all rooms have this view, to be fair) and easy access to all of the areas. We drove here, and there's no parking on site- but there's plenty of public parking nearby, so as long as you are patient with the busy street, you will be fine with the location. However, the street can stay loud until very late hours- we had loud noise from outside until 3 am. But overall, facility, location, cleanness, and price all exceeded my expectation. very nice room amenities(L'Occitane, Kusmi tea, etc.), spacious room and closet for a European hotel. I didn't eat breakfast here, but it looked very nice.

It would be nice if there were directions for the parking since many ppl drive to Marseille. Maybe a larger TV! (I haven't seen those monitor-size screens for a while!)

Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent. Just beside Le Vieux Port but set back a little from the noise and bustle. Quiet at night. Our rooms (de luxe)were spacious with a large bathroom with two sinks and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast lady was very helpful considering she was on her own and very busy.

The decor was dull and old fashioned, for a hotel that calls itself 'NEW' The building itself is old which is fine, but the interior decoration could have done with brightening up. A dreadful Zebra striped carpet in the corridors didn't help, nor did the very dark stained wood floors in the bedrooms. Lighter wood floors and better colour choices for walls would help.

Excellent location and lovely quiet room

Very poor breakfast and dreadful service. The bowl of fruit salad had gone off and despite me reporting this, they couldn’t bring me any other fruit and even brought out the same bowl the next day!! They ran out of chocolate free granola. Both myself and another customer asked for some but the staff couldn’t be bothered to bring any! Also you have to get there early as the pastries and sausages ran out over an hour before breakfast time ended but they wouldn’t bring any more.

Best place to stay in Marseille! Perfect location on doorstep of the Vieux Port and right my the M1 metro line, Vieux Port station. The rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. I stayed at the hotel twice during the past week. Each time got a room upgrade. Both rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful. Although it's a vibrant part of town, the rooms were quiet and it was nice to be high up on the 4th floor on my first stay and on the 5th floor on my second stay. I would definitely come again.

Fantastic location, right near the metro and Vieux Port. Lots of cute cafes around and shops. The staff were very friendly and everything was pretty accessible. It felt very luxurious and great value for money.

There is a church right across the street and it chimes on the hour and every half hour but luckily it doesn’t start too early in the morning or keep going too late at night.

The location could not have been better. Right by the Metro and water. Shower was great. Loved Loccitane soap. One person on the desk was so friendly and helpful. ( he had a gorgeous moustache)

One person on the desk is extremely unhelpful and rude. He avoids any eye contact and should not be in that job. Would love a coffee machine and would love conditioner in the shower. These little things give a place a great rating. Don’t like breakfast being in the main foyer.

The room was huge and extremely comfortable and the hotel couldn’t have been closer to the harbour with fabulous views. The room was cleaned daily to a very high standard.

1.- The lift was quite grubby and definitely needed a good clean. 2.- The breakfast dining area is in the foyer which is extremely odd with people constantly coming in and going out and doesn’t make for a relaxed dining experience. 3.-The breakfast is quite basic and quite expensive for what you get. 4.- The hotel reception staff could have been a little bit more friendly.

The hotel is in a great spot, right by the subway. We walked to all the main sights and saw the old harbour from the window. The rooms are spacious and have good noise insulation (important for such a central location). The staff are friendly and helpful, and almost all of them speak English. The bed and pillows are great, and we had a great night's sleep. The shower is spacious with good water pressure. The breakfast in the hotel lobby was simple and no-frills, but it was just enough to fuel us up before our long walks in Marseille.
