Bruno was very responsive and Anna was helpful and nice. Place was clean. Breakfast was included and good. Location was good.

Climbing 4 flights of stairs to apartment. Basically it is an apartment and i had one of the rooms. The other room was occupied by a solo female traveler so I was ok with that but I would have not felt safe if the other room had a man. No one else is there. Booking.com said the room had an attached bath. The other room did but for my bathroom and toilet I had to go down the hall. I asked Bruno about that and he said it is Booking.com that has it wrong. It was only after I booked did I learn about the four flights of stairs and bath in the hall.

Bruno is really going above and beyond to make his guests feel at home. I absolutely loved the design of the place, the delicious breakfast, the great location and most of all, the helpful and friendly host. All these things easily make up for some facilities you would have at a hotel that you don’t have at Casa Roma (such as an elevator).

Beautiful old building right next to the downtown area. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable Host was very responsive via messages even though we never saw him. Fresh breakfast every morning

If I can add some improvement points, I’d say add a break basket and some local cheeses or charcuterie to the breakfast to make it perfect.

The location was perfect. The host Bruno was so helpful and such a pleasure to get to know, we had several very enjoyable conversations with him. The breakfast prepared by Fatima was the best we have ever had. Be sure to take advantage of the dinner they offer, it was a 5 course meal with wine and was absolutely the best, and a definite must during your stay.

I guess if anything the 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, but for us it just added to the charm as it is part of the old city, built in the late 1800’s

this is a gorgeous apartment : tastefully decorated, comfortable with great attention to detail. It is in a brilliant and quiet location in the city centre near the station, multiple trams and easy to get around on foot. The hosts are outstanding: helpful, welcoming and full of great advice on anything that you might need. Communication was easy and very quick. The breakfast was generous, very tasty and home cooked.

The apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift : so be aware if you are not very fit. the hosts helped with baggage

Very helpful host (Bruno) and a lovely breakfast prepared by Laura. Central location and easy access to the railway station. With one bathroom and toilet the apartment is ideal for a family or good friends. As a solo traveller I was fortunate that I was the only guest.

Not negative but be aware that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift

The design of the room is impeccable, and breakfast was exquisite. Bruno was very helpful and kept in contact throughout our stay via WhatsApp. A paid Parking lot is located nearby.

There is no lift and the room is on the four floor accessible through a winding staircase. Luckily we only had back packs with us. But the way up was still a killer.

Super cosy room in spacious and characterful appartment. Well equipped and clean. Nice and tasty breakfast served. Great location, being quiet but with close proximity to the centre.

Lights were too dim in the evening to read properly. Water pressure in the shower was weak. No lift - fine if you are fit and able to carry your bags up the steps to the 4th floor

Breakfast is absolutely outstanding, with fresh ingredients and on the spot prepared cakes, egg-based sophisticated preparation, fruit salads etc. Neighborhood is super calm and quite, multiple restaurants are within very short walking distance
