Reasonably priced, comfortable hotel in central Montpellier, with underground parking (through a maze of one-way streets) at reasonable price. Friendly, helpful staff. Bar/Restaurant on same premises (but run as a separate enterprise, so no charging to room) has limited menu but served some excellent dinners (seafood, cold meats & cheeses...)

Breakfasts were poor but tolerable - except for the coffee which was almost undrinkable - in contrast to that bought from the bar which was fine. In contrast to most dinners, one was truly awful: one of us had meat kebabs and the other chicken kebabs, but both were tasteless, full of gristle and tough. In the early hours of one morning, the fire-alarm went off (apparently due to a faulty coffee-maker in the kitchen, but fortunately no fire. However, when we got down from the 4th floor to the ground, the exit was locked with no handle. (I was later shown that there was an emergency button in a box, but this was behnd one if one was facing the door.)

Comfortable room, very clean and easy access. Good location, friendly staff!

The location is fantastic as it was right next to the main Saint-Roch railway station and beside two tram stops serving the city. Even before we had checked in (we arrived 4 hours early for this) the staff were very helpful. One of them explained how to download the public transport app, how the ticketing worked and to purchase tickets on the system. We visited the triumphal arches and the aqueduct by tram before check in. The old city is well worth exploring. The hotel is more like a hostel than a hotel. Colourfully designed with a relaxed atmosphere.

We expected a small room but that was part of the trade off for convenience and price so not an issue.

Great location. Good family room. Clean. Underground parking underneath the hotel. Please be aware that it is not straight forward to get there by car because of the pedestrian zone. Ask for instructions before driving there. At some point you need to call them and they will lower some obstacles in the road (metal poles with blue border, such that you can pass. This point is 300m away from the hotel in a crowdy street, so not so trivial. Typing in the hotel address in Google maps will not get you there, call them first! Their help was great in guiding us there by phone.

Explanation on how to get to their underground parking could have been documented better beforehand. A standard explanation would have been helpful.

The staff were amazing. Professional, able and willing to give the best service, with a smile. I liked the vibe, and checking in at the bar, with easy elevator access. English was spoken, which was helpful. The guests were friendly as well. There was even an enclosed terrace which was great for playing with my dog.

The lighting was poor. A cozy lamp would help a lot, and more plugs or a multi extension cord. It was difficult to find the parking garage because of the street configurations. A set of instructions with a sketch map would be so appreciated.

The vibe of this place is so chill; it really helps you get into holiday mode. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great; much better than most hotel breakfasts. The room itself was very clean. The location is extremely convenient- literally one minute away from the station and 5 minutes from the place de la Comédie. There is a lovely garden where you can take your breakfast or eat during the day.

If you're on the lower floors it can be loud with people downstairs playing pool or generally socialising, though the windows are very well insulated re sound. The bed was very comfortable, but the quilt was so thick and warm - perfect for the colder months, but it was way too warm for the May weather, and it was either that or nothing.

Great location in the city Center within 5 min walk to nice restaurants and shops. The Style is a bit different to usual hotels but it’s good to have the reception area with restaurant and chill out area combined. Table football was good fun for the kids when arriving after long trip. The rooms are not too big and with 4 persons it’s cozy but fine for the reason we needed. Parking is ideal. First a bit more of a challenge to arrive ( also due to construction on the way to the street ) but once you know, it’s easy and good to have.

The rooms were well designed, they were very little but it was enough for one night. Hotel in city centre so it took some time to get there by car (there was heavy traffic) but with the hotel instructions it was very easy to find. Parking was really nice and cheap (10 eur/night).

I didn't like the breakfest. There were very little options and when we got there (at 9 AM) there was almost nothing and waiter was just standing there instead of restocking. I'd appreciate something like eggs, bacon or some sausage - there were only cooked eggs (which you have to cook yourself) and one type of ham and cheese. It wasn't all bad, the sweets were really good (but also only 2 or 3 types).

Hotel in the city center, very close to the main monuments and Tram & train stations. The employees are dedicated and always available. Own parking which is highly appreciated and allowed you to be stressless for your car. Before arrival, the Personal has sent the detailed explanations how to rich the hotel, it was simply perfect. Rich and complete breakfast, room clean and confortable.

It is not very important,but maybe a small chair/seat in the bath room to put the toilet bag.. Otherwise, nothing, everything was super.

Location is perfect. 1 min walk from the station. Within 10min you can reach the center. Room is small but clean and functional, and has everything I need.

You cannot get early check-in even if your room is ready, but it's ok. They charge 4 euros for luggage storage. Hope it can be free for hotel guests to store luggage on the day of arrival and departure.
