The hotel is centrally located for both main ski lifts and the main high street for restaurants and shops. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a great selection of fresh fruits, yogurts, variety of cooked eggs/pancakes plus a cold selection of cheeses and meats and various types of bread. Plenty of juice and hot drinks. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a large lounge/bar area to relax and socialise. If you are travelling by car, there is a large parking area.

5 minute walk to the Le pleney and Super morzine gondala. The use of a pool and sauna after a day on the slopes.Breakfast was just what you needed and plenty of it.Vincent was an excellent host nothing too much trouble.

Nothing to say negative about it. Possibly more comfy seats in the bar area as only one area with sofas. A bit bright too couod do with turning the lights down a bit in the evening. Could possibly try and get netflix on the TV,s to watch a movie in the evening in your room

The room was as described, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and someone was always available to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was really good, I couldn't fault it as there were so many options available.

The suana was very small, but this information was already shared. The suana comfortably fits about 4 people. The pool was a good temperature and decent size, but the pool tiles looked a little dirty, which didn't stop me from using it, though:)

In terms the hotel it was only B&B but both were superb. The room was not large but fine for me (double bed) and balcony overlooking the Supermorzine gondola and views of the mountain. Lovely staff and exceptionally clean and thoughtful. Breakfast options stellar. Scrambled eggs fresh bacon 3 varieties of bread, fruit yoghurt, muesli dried fruits croissants jams cheeses, ham, beans, pancakes etc etc.

I guess I would have liked a couple more plug points to charge phone laptop etc. The only plug I easily accessed was the fridge. I also had a small kettle appear only about 10 days into my stay but that was a very small issue. Had I requested one I have absolutely no doubt I would have got one - the staff were superb.

Central location, easy to walk into village for meals. Friendly staff, very comfortable beds with a good view. Great breakfast. Nice pool. It was a really great place to stay

The separate toilet was welcome but small and the fan didn’t work- so without being too crude- it wasn’t always very welcoming! Also no window or other means of ventilation . Our data plan was limited and so was relying upon WiFi, which was pretty slow and had limited coverage. Small things! We had a fab time thank you.

Breakfast was adequate, pastries, toast, jam, small selection of continental meats/cheeses/sausage etc. Room was a good size with comfortable bed, very warm and cosy with added bonus of small kettle and fridge. Toilet separate to shower which was good.

Pillows could have been more comfortable and toilet was tiny with knees touching the wall when seated - not good if you have long legs!

Excellent location. Only a 5 min walk away from the super morzine lift and the centre of town. Superior double room was excellent - good size, mountain view and the shower was really nice. Very good selection for breakfast. Small selection of hot food available as well as the usual continental breakfast offerings. In door pool was available but didn't use. Same for the gym and sauna.

WIFI was a bit slow, but usable.

Perfect location, just a few minutes from either lift to start your day. Lovely staff. The covered heated pool was a great bonus, as was the sauna. Rooms were of a good size, modern refurbished bathrooms, along with housekeeping each day. Breakfast were lovely, not a never ending choice of food but spot on for what was needed. Reception were also kind enough to store our bags on the last day. Can't fault the hotel, would definitely return and will recommend to others.

The hotel is kept very clean. The breakfast is self-service and there was a good selection of hot and cold choices. The lady who serviced the rooms was an absolute delight, especially after I injured myself, bringing my ice and showing genuine concern. The hotel is simply furnished, but very Cicely done, the sauna and pool where great too. Its in a good location, close to the village and the ski lifts and very good value for money.

Very comfy and clean rooms, and the breakfast is great - nothing fancy but all tastes great and enough variety. Staff are excellent - very friendly and helpful, very good English as well. It's an easy walk to Pleney lift, even in ski boots. Ski storage room is great - even has a huge boot dryer!

Only downside is the sound insulation isn't great. Easy to hear noise from nearby rooms
