The stay was amazing since we arrived, the room so big and comfy with great views I loved the Wellness area, very cosy, comfy, the sauna and the hamman the best ones! The restaurant was great and thanks to the staff that brought me a candle for my boyfriends birthday!! Definetly we are gonna miss the wellness área but we are coming back for sure and for more days :)

There was a strong gas smell in the Tapiaz building.

The location is superb. The bedrooms are well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. The variety of restaurants is great, all serving excellent food. On the whole the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The showers in the on suits were often cold in the evening. The bar staff were not as attentive as in previous years, on some occasions we waited up to 25 minutes to receive our drinks. Again, in previous years, bar snacks were made available with drinks, this year we were informed we must ask for them.

Spa, pool, sauna, all facilities were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, they were so helpful. Our room was amazing, it was so big and clean. Les Gets has so many activities we also had something to do, will definitely be back!

The hotel bar was closed for the duration of our stay but there were so many nearby we didn't notice this too much. Just would have been nice on the stormier days - the weather was quite bad one of the evenings but not the end of the world!

This hotel was really lovely, great facilities, spa, bars , restaurants, right next to the slope. Breakfast was varied and delicious, staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The ski storage was great and with heated boot holders. Everything was faultless with the hotel.

We were working there and the Wi-Fi strength wasn’t strong enough to take video calls. I used my hotspot on a Vodafone network though and it was perfect, so not a dead zone but just not reliable on Wi-Fi alone

Room was large with a bath and shower and balcony facing the slopes and Chavannes Express ski lift - so short distance to walk to the lifts. Hotel additionally provided a kettle for the room. Pool was deep and a good size, so able to have a decent swim. (perhaps 12-15m long). Pool attendant was also present. Hotel staff were exceptional in their support & care of our friend who took ill and liaised with medics etc on our behalf. The owner intervened and allowed our friend who had been ill to have a late check out.

Was able to hear crying baby at night in adjacent room - and also hear late night revellers outside, walking past the hotel.

Location of this hotel is exceptional - right next to the main ski lift and also right in the middle of town! 1st & 2nd floor rooms all renovated to high standard

No real on site parking, but town NCP is only 100 metres away

We really loved the location of the hotel and the Reception staff are so friendly and helpful. I requested an extension of our check-out because our son was still having fun in the Game room. The staff willingly obliged. We are already thinking of going back there next year. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The bar closed early in the evening. We came back from Alta Lumina at around 11:00 and there was no one at the bar anymore, although the guests were still around. The other issue we had was in the restaurant La Biskatcha. The food was great but the service was a bit slow. My husband asked the young lady who served us wine what time would our dinner be served, because we waited 45 mins before our Starter was served. We were just concerned that the main dish would take as long to arrive and we had an appointment to catch. The response from the young lady was a bit arrogant. But, she was the only one who behaved that way, the other Service staff were very kind and friendly.

Absolutely top notch location, beautiful spacious room, direct view of slopes, choice of restaurants.

Frontline rooms get noise from piste bashers at 6am but nothing anyone can do about that, it comes with the location. Service at the bar a bit patchy.

The location is the best possible. The spa area is fantastic. Overall the hotel is very cosy and very practical.

Everything was very tasty but I would love some more vegetables / fresh fruit at breakfast and an option to order a cappuccino with alternative milk. They have showers to change after skiing on your day of departure but the water was ice cold!!

the breakfast- plenty of choice hot and cold. Plenty of pressure in the shower and a temperature just right.. The location of the hotel is excellent- right in the centre of town and near the lifts shame there was no snow and we couldn't use them and had to go to neighbouring Avoriaz. Liked the balcony for our room with furniture. Lovely bar with a good cocktail list and plenty of comfy seating

The bath towels are way too small. We also found the bed very small.
