Location is great, bed is comfortable, kitchen well-equipped. Self-check-in worked well, it was even possible to check in early, which was very nice. Cleanliness is fine, it's not noisy, and it's generally comfy. It would be nice to have some shelves or some other space for luggage.

There was a misunderstanding, we were given a code for a bigger apartment, which was odd, but since that was the given code, we didn't think much about it until a group of people knocked on our door saying that it's their apartment. Communication could be better, I wrote them on booking, and never got an answer there. I was given instructions for self-check-in a day before our stay when I asked for them via WhatsApp (instructions for the wrong apartment, apparently).

Strategic location to visit the best of Alsace by train or car rental, both available 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with new tools. Very comfortable for large families, up to 4 children (we were 2 adults+3kids). Supermarket and city centre very very close. Very good tram connections to the wonderful Automobile and Train museums. Quick and effective communication with the owner.

Nothing important to highlight. Just some suggestions for further improvement: fix the water flow from toilet sink that was very slow, assure the connection of the TV to internet, promote the differentiated waste disposal.

The position of the apartment, communication with the owners, equipment, cleanliness, proximity to the main roads - everything was perfect and we are very satisfied with our choice!

The only thing that could be better is the size of the bed, as well as for the neighbors to be a little quieter, especially in the early morning and late evening hours.

The localisation didn't feel safe when we were returning at late evening, however during the day it was ok.

It was perfect for two nights, our host was really helpful. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fine. Shop is nearby the flat.

Ground floor

Great location and easily accessible apartment on the ground floor of building in centre of town. 3 double rooms is perfect for families and a super market just down the road. 5 minute walk to train station. Would stay there again if in Mulhouse

Perfect location close to everything in the center of Mulhouse. Host responded quickly and the Apartment had all the essential kitchen tools and appliances. Highly recommend this apartment.

The location was within walking distance of many sites, grocery store and shopping area. 5 minute walk to the station and good directions though I was not great with them.
