I really appreciated the exceptional customer service provided by the staff during my stay. They were extremely friendly and helpful, offering detailed recommendations for my upcoming visit to Europa Park the following day. While the room was average in terms of amenities, I was pleased to find it was immaculately clean, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations with a superb value for money ratio, serving delicious regional dishes and wine. Additionally, the parking lot was spacious and conveniently located. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this establishment to others.

Despite the heater being on, the only drawback was that the room was a tad chilly.

everything. the receptionist was amazing, friendly, truly helpful and seemed to actually care if we were happy. I know it’s not a five star property, but we were cared for as if it was. The room was small, but very clean and seemed to be recently renovated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room quiet. we will stop here again.

Great location close to motorway, only 15mins from Swiss Border, excellent communications from the Hotel ahead of time - we were driving a large vehicle and required parking. We also required food and although the Hotel Restaurant was closed they helped guide us to one of the numerous eateries local to the Hotel.

Bathroom.a bit on the small size no Air con no facilties open when I arrived there is a bar resturant 100 meters away but quite expensive

Great hotel for those traveling by car. The location is very convenient for those coming from the motorway. Excellent services provided and cleanliness. The hotel has a private car park. The room was quite small but very functional. It's nice to arrive and have tea in your room equipped with a kettle, tea and coffee. Excellent breakfast and dinner in the restaurant inside the hotel.

Service was excellent. Lise, owner, booked our RAT tests both ways and Vets for return journey, both venues were excellent, within 3 minutes of the hotel and inexpensive. When our dog cried in the room while we were in the restaurant, Lise brought him to our table and reassured us they are pet friendly. Partner Carlos', Michelin type Chef, evening meals were exemplary and very good value especially his burger de jour. The parking was spacious and right outside our window and a couple of acres of safe mown grassy area all around for our dog. Only minutes from the motorway - perfect. We have stopped there many times and will continue to do so. I am reluctant to write such a glowing report about this place, the staff and service because everyone will use it and reduce our chances of booking in future, but all good things should be shared.

The hotel was comfortable with pleasant helpful staff. We took our dog and she was welcome too. There was a suitable area immediately next to the hotel for her to walk around.

We had an overnight stay during a long journey. It suited us perfectly. We would stay again.

It was easy to find, parking just in front of the hotel. My husband had difficult backpain, so we were happy to have the room near the reseption. The room was modest but just fine for us - the bed very good. Also brekfast was ok, personals very kind. For this price we were very pleased.
