Good location close to the event place where concerts take place.

In the morning we asked for a late checkout. This was refused by telling us that the hotel was fully booked. I checked through booking.com and booked a room through booking for one more night in order to be able to do a late check-out. I do not appreciate at all that staff lies to me. She should have just told me that there is a policy that does not allow late check-outs or whatever the truth was.

Room was clean and modern. Pool area was really good. We arrived mid afternoon on a hot day so it was very nice to cool off in the pool.. Good parking facilties. Hotel restarunt and bar expensive. There was other places to eat and a large supermarket close by.

Hotel restaraunt and bar were expensive so we eat elsewhere. Hotel entrance is very easy to miss and drive past. If you do it is a 3 mile trek to get back due to one way roads and slip roads etc.

The hotel is at a very convenient location and has very friendly staff and great facilities, including a pool! We were there with our dog; he was very welcome! This place is located close to the highways with easy access into town.

The room was a little small for the four of us with dog but generally good. There were no extras like teas or 4 (!) cups in the room, or extra towels, and new tissues once we run out. We also had a disappointing evening meal at the hotel’s restaurant.

We stayed here as a pitstop driving home from Spain, the location is great just a few minutes off the highway with free private parking available. The hotel has a nice pool to relax the muscles after a long drive and the rooms are comfortable and large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

We didn't take the breakfast as we found it quite overpriced (18.90 EUR per adult). In our room specifically, the bathroom door was a bit stuck so we couldn't open it up entirely, which meant entry and exit was slightly hindered.

This was a "distress" last minute hotel booking as we were driving our electric car across Europe and were let down by some broken chargers. We didn't even realise that the hotel had EV chargers but the lady who checked us in was amazing and found us a charger outside and saved us a lot of stress. She couldn't have been more proactive or helpful

It is not listed on the hotel website or on Booking.com that the hotel has EV chargers - which are free for guests to use. This is a huge miss - you're potentially missing out on potentially very happy (and grateful!) customers. Secondly the hotel rack rate was lower than the rate i paid with Booking.com. So much for the price guarantee!

Great hotel on the outskirts of Nancy. We travelled as a group on motorbikes, and there was secure gated parking at the hotel. Room was spacious and the air conditioning was a great bonus. Bar and restaurant on site, but lots of options close by also. Really enjoyed a dip in the pool after along journey. Very comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

We had a couple of nights there to visit the city. Good sized room and an excellent breakfast . Great parking and the bus stop directly outside straight into the city centre.

Paper cups in the room. Under the bed is exposed and you can see how dusty it is.Also pets in the dining room don't mind pet friendly but maybe a designated area.

Compact clean hotel which was easy to get around with bar restaurant and pool all near. Room good and had good nights sleep. Clean. Restaurant staff and bar staff very good and food was good. check in swift and good too. Not the prettiest of areas but the hotel was absolutely fine. We stayed one night.

When dealing with allergies, it always gets tricky; will I eat something at the end of the day. The dinner did not go right immediately - difficult mix of allergies - but, it was solved fast and with a smile rather than feeling a pain. The breakfast was so brought that there was enough to select from - again..... allergies.

Although we gave it our best in French, we need some English support which was only by mamagers

Great stop-over hotel during a long car journey, close to the highway. Modern and clean design inside the rooms and the common areas, the breakfast was good too. Nice play area for kids.

The cleanliness of the bathroom in the reception area was not ideal (there was a wedding going on when we arrived with many guests using the reception's rest room).
